overall a decent stay
Pros:

the hotel was close by the event we came in town for. like that it was spacious enough and had a full kitchen to cook in.

Cons:

Didn't like that there was no overnight staff on site. The place didn't feel exactly safe at night.

Clean, modern spacious rooms.
Pros:

The room was very clean and modern, spacious and a good set up for my family. I like how the bedroom was separated from the sitting room with the bathroom and kitchenette between. It was also great our dog was welcomed. There were quiet hours in the courtyard starting at 9:00 p.m.

Cons:

This was the first time we stayed at a suite hotel. I think there are people that reside there long term.
While the courtyard was quiet, clean and a non-smoking area there was a group of people "hanging out " in the front of the hotel entrance. They were there quite awhile and they were smoking (this is not one of the designated smoking areas). They weren't loud but it was a little uncomfortable for us going in and out of the front doors when we left and returned from dinner. It felt like we were interrupting the party.

Good location, adequate apartment for a longer stay
Pros:

The layout and apartment itself is great! Kitchen was adequate and useful. The hotel and apartment was quiet enough when we stayed there which we appreciated. Full sized fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher was so helpful! Loved the island to use for food prep and eating.
We did like the price and the location is good for what we needed! There is easy to access laundry room and trash. Loved the courtyard access style.

Cons:

The bathroom vent needs a good clean and if there is a fan in it, that needs replaced since it didn’t work. The main thing though was that every time we were in the bathroom we could smell cigarette smoke like someone was in the next room/upstairs smoking. Wherever the vent connects to, it is to a room our outdoor area right where someone is constantly smoking. We had a very busy schedule while staying the few days we did so I did not have time to talk to management about this.
Management seemed very helpful and attentive so I have no doubt they would have investigated the situation for us. Note that because of the style of hotel, someone isn’t always at the front desk. The phone number to call is posted everywhere though, and they answer right away to attend whatever you need.

The location was great but we will never stay there again.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

It was dirty. There were stains on the sofa and chair so we didn’t even want to sit on them. Looked like blood.
Sheets did not seem to be clean or hair gets stuck in them when laundering. You could see all of the dust under the beds.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was especially accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

It’s a clean, comfortable, and well managed property that makes an extended stay feel pleasant.
Pros:

Really modern, comfortable, and well appointed. Pet-friendly and family-friendly. And the manager was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Lots of smokers hung around the entrance at all hours of the day and night. They were friendly, but it’s not fun walking myself or my kids through the cloud of tobacco or weed every time we walk the dogs.

The space of the apt style.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The toilet seat was dirty, so we wiped it down... The floors were extremely dirty when we spilled something and wiped it up... The paper towels were black. There was nothing to wash dishes with so we bought a sponge and soap. The frying pan in the dishwasher was nasty and had food stuck to it. There were hair and dust bunnies all under the beds. I would rate your cleaingong at a 0 out of 10.

Pretty good overall! Just noticed a few weak spots.

Had no breakfast, no laundry rooms, and no staff there 24/7. Not your traditional hotel.
