Whom ever answers the phone is horrible!!!!

Well I didn't end up staying!!! They canceled my reservation without my approval!!!!

Cons:

Whom ever they have answering the phone is very unprofessional and suites not have type of customer service skills!! She needs to be retrained!!!

Best place to stay for the morning in Harrisburg
Pros:

Everything except food delivery option.

Cons:

My delivery couldn’t be brought straight to my door. I had to continue to get up and go downstairs.
