Segunda vez, excelente experiencia.
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este lugar y nos ha ido excelente, el ambiente es bueno, la atencion tambien es muy buena, y el sector es tranquilo.

Terrible manager who shouts abuse!
Pros:

I liked the restaurant it was nice and had good food considering I don’t usually eat at places like that.

Cons:

The manager and the service, when I arrived the WiFi in the room assigned to me didn’t work so I came down later and as it was late asked if they could change my room the next day as I had to work. The next day I came back down to change room and after 2 days was interrupted while working being asked to move room or I’d be charged more money without giving me any notice. I eventually got the chance to move and paid more than I was supposed to pay each night, over the course of 3 nights I paid 100000cop(well just under)
Then the manager came to my room again while working and said it wasn’t nice of me to not pay for my entire stay of which I didn’t have to as I booked night by night making my stay more expensive and at that point I lost it, I told him I was leaving and to refund my money of which he started to shout abuse before I clearly told him that I wouldn’t deal with that and made him shut up.
Overall the service was incredibly terrible and clearly the staff do not understand how to behave or treat guests.

Estuvimos 5 días nunca hicieron aseo,si se quería que hicieran aseo tenía un costo adicional, la señal de televisión muy mala

Nos gusta mucho la disposición a resolver detalles, muy amables

Cons:

Deberían decir que el parqueadero es dejando las llaves, o por orden de llegada previa a disponibilidad
Porque se tuvieron que mover varios carros para salir. Pero de resto super bien

La Ubicación del Lugar y la Fachada

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron, fue en el Primer Piso, donde para ingresar al pasillo donde se encontraba, tocaba pasar una puerta que chirriaba y era muy frecuente el paso de personas por allí, adicional al frente de la habitación, habían unas escaleras en madera que también producían ruido con los pasos de las personas...
Normalmente uno busca un sitio para el descanso, libre de ruidos molestos, pero me desperté varias veces por los mismos.
Las Fotos que Vi de las habitaciones cuando elegí el Hotel, no se parecían en nada a la que me tocó.

Buena ubicación, limpieza de zonas comunes por pelos de mascotas podría mejorarse.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo el transporte público de la ciudad: troncales de transmilenio, sitp.

Excelente Atención - Instalaciones más o menos.

Cons:

No habían lavado bien el lavamanos habían pelos, a las puertas de la ducha le hace falta mantenimiento, no deslizaban bien y se trababan mucho al querer cerrar o abrir; el agua caliente no funcionaba bien; a una de las ventanas le hacía falta cortina y otra de las ventanas tenía la cortina rota, pedimos que nos prestarán una cobija adicional y la que nos prestaron estaba rota, las camas se sienten algo viejas, traquean demasiado.
