Pros:

Modern design and very spacious with all the amenities you'd require as a guest

Cons:

The fact that I couldn't be provided with an extra bed sheet...instead I was told to take out the inner and use the duvet cover to cover myself

The entire experience was ruined by the apathy of the reception staff.
Pros:

Restaurant staff were amazing and the food was great.

Cons:

Aircon not working, had to repeatedly ask reception to fix it. Had to ask for another room in the end, pack up all my things and move to have a working aircon. On first day, before I moved rooms, I arrived at my room at 15h00 to find it has not been cleaned yet and someone's phone was on my bedside table charging with my charging cables! When I reported that to reception, they just brushed it off. I only had a quarter roll of toilet paper in my room on the first night.

The dinner was great and the place was very clean,, I would like to thank and Appreciate Micheal and Nomsa from restaurant they made sure that I have well take care of and made my birthday special, appreciation also to the receptionist 😘😘
