Not bad. I enjoyed my time. But I also feel like you can find better for the same price.
Pros:

Based on the reviews, I was worried that the room would be loud and dirty. I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities and how nice the room was. It was cute, I didn’t use all of the extra kitchen and laundry stuff but I’m sure someone would find it useful!

I appreciated how attentive and responsive the property was. If I needed something they would address it even though I never actually saw anyone at the property.

Cons:

For the same price you can choose to go to a hotel that will do everything for you (provides you with daily amenities, cleans the room, separates the trash etc.) It was a little annoying that I had to ask for more than 1 towel and had to go buy toilet paper on the first night because the room only came with one roll that was over half used.

The location is okay. Tabata is pretty far away (40 min or so) from most tourist areas in Tokyo and there were stairs to get to the station. It wasn’t unbearable, just something to note.

Très agréable
Pros:

Je vous recommande vivement ce logement, l’emplacement était juste parfait pas loin de la gare de Tabata. Le voisinage était aussi très calme. Nous y avons passé une semaine et c’était juste parfait, il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Très bonne communication avec les host aussi.

I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely book with Uhome again
Pros:

Very convenient location to train stops, comfortable beds and good amenities. The communication was excellent and the check in/out process was very easy

Good value. Quiet residential neighborhood. Good shower. Responsive staff.
Pros:

The neighborhood is very quiet. Several convenience stores nearby. The cleaning was well done. Toiletries were good.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the subway. The room we stayed is way different from the one in the pictures

Pros:

We enjoyed the comfort levels. The bed was amazing and sook comfortable. The shower looks sketchy but was really great. Heating worked well to keep us warm in winter. Had utensils if needed to cook (we didnt).

Cons:

Location was a secemt walk from closest subway (metro) or JR line. Doesnt look the same as photos but still good.
