Amazing
Pros:

We absolutely loved the place. The rooms/villas are new, breakfast is excellent, people are really kind and the spa is also very nice.

Pros:

De gastvrijheid van de familie is fantastisch.
De twee avonden dat wij er waren was er een barbecue met heerlijk vlees.
Er zit een hor voor de deur en de ramen, waardoor er frisse lucht binnen kan komen, maar eventuele muggen buiten blijven.
De ligging is goed voor leuke uitstapjes.

Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel, und sowohl zur Inhaberfamilie als auch zu den Angestellten hat sich schnell ein freundliches bis herzliches Verhältnis gebildet. Das Frühstück in einem urgemütlichen Raum war sehr reichhaltig und strikt bulgarisch, und ich bin trotz anstrengender Wanderung bis abends damit ausgekommen. Ich hatte ein wunderbar großes Dreibettzimmer direkt unter dem Dach mit einem großen Balkon noch dazu. Sehr vorteilhaft war auch, dass ein leckeres, bulgarisches Abendessen angeboten wurde. Und Wein dazu. Am Tag der Abreise bin ich kostenlos zum Busbahnhof gefahren worden.

Cons:

Die Lage war gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn in Smoljan geht es extrem steil zu. Die Unterkunft ist zwar oben, aber um zu den mir wichtigen Attraktionen zu kommen, musste ich erst einmal nach unten laufen, und auf der anderen Seite wieder hoch. Ich hätte ein Taxi bestellen sollen, um nicht schon halb erschöpft am Startpunkt meiner Wanderung anzukommen. Aber das ist meiner eigenen unzureichenden Vorbereitung geschuldet.

Уникално място, уникални домакини, тишина, спокойствие, вкусна храна, чист въздух, всичко от което се нуждае човек за да си отпочине може да го намери тук!Забравих персонала-усмихнати и отговорни, винаги на разположение!Благодарим Дафи и семейство!Препоръчвам на всички!

Всичко е ново, чисто, поддържано.. В стаите е топло и мирише уникално! Спа центъра е топ! Басейна беше неочаквано топъл. Децата има къде да играят цял ден. Широко е навсякъде. Готвят уникално, а порциите са като за двама! Продуктите са домашни и си личи... Собственика е голям пич! Нямам търпение да дойдем отново!

Amazing!
Pros:

We visited the hotel at the end of the winter season (end of March) and we got a free upgrade to a villa as a compliment from the manager as there was no kitchen staff to prepare breakfast. That was not a problem for us and the villa was so spacious and cozy! He also recommended an amazing restaurant for dinner, which we visited two nights in a row, as the food was delicious! We had the spa and pool all to ourselves and it was great. The hotel grounds and the views to the moutain are breathtaking, we are looking forward to visiting again, maybe in summer, when the outdoor playarea may be open. Thank you for the lovely and relaxing stay!
