Juts something minor … the eggs machine was turned off twice when I was cooking my eggs

Location is great if you like being close to the chairlifts/gondola and city center.
Hotel is right next to the main access road to Morzine and the traffic is certainly heard.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße in Morzine (bei geschlossenen Fenster/Balkontüre ist Nachts kaum etwas davon zu hören). Das Hotel wirkt Außen und Innen schon etwas älter. Trotzdem ist es im Inneren des Hotels sauber. Das trifft auch für das kleine Zimmer zu. Bad und Toilette waren dagegen neu renoviert. Auch die Zimmeraustattung passt. Am Balkon kann man am Abend sehr gut den Tag ausklingen lassen. Parken kann man vorm Hotel oder auf der Rückseite im Hof des Hotels - wenn ausreichend Parkplätze zu Verfügung stehen.
Die Zimmer sind klein. Ich war alleine im Doppelzimmer. Das geht noch. Bei 2 Personen wird es richtig eng. Die Matrazen waren mit meinen 1.80 Meter zu kurz (ich glaube nicht, dass die Matrazen 2.00 Meter haben).
Stuhl und Tisch am Balkon musste ich erstmal mit Wasser und Seife reinigen (da ging eine richtig Brühe ab) um diese auch nutzen zu können. Die waren dreckig und klebrig.
Beim Frühstück gibt es nur zwei Marmeladesorten und keine Rühreier.
Insgesamt ein Sehr hohes/zu hohes Preisniveau.

Breakfast was continental style but adequate, location - proximity to lifts and the town - a few minutes walk - great location.
I felt staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.
Lovely traditional Alpine property with a nice Continental Breakfast right in the centre of Morzine.
The main road was rather noisy but this was no fault of the property but rather down to the few idiots speeding down the road in the late evening/early hours of the morning.
Some sort of Fan or Air conditioning would have been nice as it does get really hot.

A lovely room with a beautiful view.
Breakfast was lovely and typical French breakfast with breads, cured meats, cheese, yoghurts, fruit & eggs! A great way to start the day.
Parking at the propert was very handy.
There is also a bae at the hotel serving soft drinks & alcohol we didnt use but we're informed at reception.
Also a shared kitchen available if required to cook meals.
Perfect location for everything in morzine, would highly recomend to anyone!
