Excellent stay
Pros:

Hard to say; from the entrance hall to restaurants, supper comfortable beds with high tech built rooms, the view, spa/wellness excellent, everything was absolutely perfect.

Krásná nadstandardní hotel, avšak s výhradami ke službám a kvalitě gastra.
Pros:

Velkorysé společné prostory, vynikající wellness, prostorné a vkusně zařízené pokoje.

Cons:

V protikladu s vynikajícím zařízením, vybavením a obecně velkorysými prostory snídaně nesplňuje standard 5* hotelu. Jde zejména o vajíčkový servis - nechápu, proč hotel nemá tzv. live cooking na vajíčka a naopak se musí za některé vajíčkové pokrmy extra připlácet. To v naprosté většině hotelu tohoto standardu není zvykem. Navíc kvalita míchaných a smažených vajec je naprosto nevyhovující - poleteplé až studené, chuťově nevýrazné. Taktéž bíle pečivo - rozpékaný mražený polotovar - taktéž je velké zklamání.
Co se týče bufetového stylu večeří - nabídka je velice široká, avšak chuťově to tedy není opět není standard 5*.
Dále úklid, který se sestával pouze z vynešení koše a doplnění min. vod. Jinak nic - neustláno atd...

The hotel has a beautiful location, unbordered by buildings and situated on high ground, giving all rooms a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Cons:

The spa was very nice and the heated outdoor pool was very nice, the sauna and steam rooms were enjoyable.

Krásna oblasť, krásný hotel , krásne výlety v okolí .

Cons:

Personal- hlavne recepcia zmätkári . Pred príchodom opakovane sme sa pýtali na polohovateľnú stoličku pre malé bábatko ktoré ešte nevie sedieť .. , nebol by problem naložiť do strešného nosiča keby povedali že nemajú , hlavne kvôli tomu som volala . Oni tvrdili a ubezpečovali v telefóne že majú, nakoniec sme na izbe našli drevenú stoličku nepolohovateľnú … ,,mrzí ich to ,, a bolo vybavené ale nám spôsobili veľké nepríjemnosti …. boli sme ubytovaní na 7 poschodí v penthouse apartmánoch , neskutočné teplo , klímy nemajú kvôli ekofungovaniu , len centrálnu rekuperáciu , ktorá nám vychladila miestnosti až na ,,28 stupňov ,,. Vôbec tam nedoporučujem ísť v lete , človek sa tam priamo uvarí ako v skleníku .
