Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The breakfast was disappointing, and the room was not well-maintained, looking quite different from the photos on the app. We also didn't realize that Belcourt and Bel Hotel are two separate locations, which caused our large group to be split up. The room was not very clean, and the towels were in poor condition. Overall, it did not look or feel like a 4-star hotel.

The area has shops around such as Starbucks & Circle K
The hotel was much older than advertised in the photos. Cleanliness was poor, with stained bedsheets and dated, cramped bathrooms. The breakfast was disappointing. The food was not tasty and did not seem fresh. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and did not meet expectations.

De lakens, handdoeken zijn verkleurd, Het toilet was verstopt, gelukkig gebeurde dat op onze laatste dag. Ook het ontbijt is smakeloos. Er is veel keuze, maar de smaak is flauw.

Location is strategic for those who just came very late from airport and on the way to the city center. The kindness of the staff is a positive point too.
It's a service apartment at the end as an annex to the hotel Swissbell. The room is old and the bathroom is too small without possibly to open the window or balcony for changing air circulation.
