Хороший и комфортный отель, чтобы прожить в Алматы некоторое время. Вкусные завтраки, спокойный и красивый район. Все что было нужно - было в пешей доступности. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
По вечерам отключался свет пару раз. Не думаю, что это проблема отеля, но все же, это доставило дискомфорт.
Классный небольшой отель. Супер локация для прогулок по терренкуру.

вентиляция в душевой\туалет - не совсем в рабочем состоянии. не все номера с хорошим видом из окна - не помеха если постоянно в грооде или экскурсия.
I enjoyed my stay a lot: new comfy room; very nice location near to the walking area which I enjoy; good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
WiFi was ok but sometimes not fast enough for my video calls.

I gave 9 points because for 3 days there was no hot water. It’s not directly hotel’s fault as the gas was switched off in the area but they did not have any solution.
