役に立てば幸いです
Pros:

スタッフの接客対応がすごく良かった
トイレとかシャワールームも綺麗
寝るスペースも狭さはあんまり感じなかった

設備も良くて
洗濯機はコイン式▶500円あれば洗濯乾燥可能
※但し洗剤、柔軟剤は個人で負担
シャワールーム⬇
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ完備
他⬇
バスタオル、タオル(小)、歯ブラシセット、髭剃り、耳栓、くし、あり
ロケーション的にも市バスを使えばそこまで歩く距離なく済む

かなり良かったと思う

Cons:

カプセルってのもあってその日くる客によって寝心地がかなり変わる。仕方ない部分ではあるけど…
話し声が聞こえたり、いびきがうるさかったり…etc
イヤホンして寝る分には問題なかった
(ちなみにその日は外国の方が多かった)
上段で寝る人に関しては少々移動が面倒かも(個人的に)
寝床での飲食は恐らく禁止(飲み物程度なら良いかも？)
他の人の迷惑にもなるため
5階に飲食可能なルームがあるがかなりの人が使ってたりするので場所が無かったりして窮屈だった。
＋‪αウォーターサーバーはあるがコップなどが無いため自分でコップなどを準備する必要あり
あらかじめ近くのコンビニなどで飲み物を買っとくのがオススメ

もうひとつ言うとしたら荷物置き場が共用なので盗まれるのが心配って人はなにか対策したほうがいいかも。(私はバッグ1個を寝床にほっといても無事でしたけど)
一応キャリーケース用？でチェーンロックがいくつかあった

ベッドは、とても綺麗に整えてありました。

特にありません。カプセルホテルあるあると思いますが、履物の管理は、気をつけた方がいいかもしれません。
