The staff were excellent! Our flight landed early, they had no issues storing our luggage.

Such a clean and safe area!
Staff and food was very nice. Breakfast you have choice and it was very good looked like real eggs for the scrambled eggs and not powder like a lot of hotels nowadays.
It was dusty in the room. Don’t look up at the ventilation in the bathroom or even on the bed. Same for the tables at the bar/restaurant where it’s like they only give a quick rub. You can see it’s only been wiped after clients not cleaned properly. For a 4 starts hotel I’d expect clean tables or a tablecloth. Lamps on top of the tables where you eat are all dusty.
And the shower is hard to change the settings.

Nothing had a problem with steps up to our room but the receptionist was quick to sort it out gave us another room jnstead
