Central as central can get. Had a wonderful stay. The staff Mim, Ta & Film were fantastic.

Clean, very helpful staff

Cons:

We lost WiFi for the last two days. We didn’t notify the staff until the last day as it wasn’t an emergency but would have been nice to have.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the wellness facilities were excellent. The location is great, and everything was very well organized.

A special thank you goes to the receptionist Mim, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her outstanding customer service made a great impression and contributed significantly to our positive experience.
