Staff was nice. There is no receptionist after 23:00.
To be honest I was expecting more
Very new, clean, modern hotel. Probably more convenient if you have a car although there are two restaurants within a two minute walk
Towels were presumably not dried properly resulting in a mildew smell. Staff immediately changed them of course but even the new ones still had the smell. I’m guessing they will rectify this
Staff were nice.
Hotel is new, and had lacked some real basic function, no milk, no secure place to put your passport, no restaurant of any sort, and filtered water was on ground floor so you. Whilst it was ultra modern, and staff were helpful, it by far needed some more work, no fridge in the room, that was big one. No security, felt exposed and unsafe. They leave at 10pm. No twin beds option. Given the cost, it lacked alot of hotel experience for me.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en denkt goed met je mee, bij aankomst kan je een plan maken voor eventueel de volgende dag (zoals zwemmen met de whalesharks), ze kunnen je helpen met het regelen van de ferry.
De airco is aan de kleinere kant waardoor die niet de hele kamer goed kan afkoelen, als je het snel heet hebt moet je hier rekening mee houden.

The location is amazing for visiting the whale sharks, going to the beach or just for a wander off the tourist track
The hotel rooms have everything you need, are clean and well looked after
We used the hotel spa (had a massage) the ladies came to our room and it was great value for money and a nice addition to the holiday
Pool area is quite small and shaded but we didn’t use it and it looks exactly as it’s pictured

The floor of the room if walk with bare foot will feel a little sticky and dusty

Geen ontbijt bij het hotel. Gelukkig op de hoek zat een heel leuk restaurantje waar je heerlijk kon ontbijten.
Good location
We had a wonderful stay at Pobla Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay, with fast and reliable WiFi which was a great bonus.
A special thank you to Jhun at the front desk, who was absolutely fabulous and made our stay so much better. He helped us with everything, from booking our tours to arranging a driver for our trip to Cebu City. He also recommended amazing restaurants and kindly assisted us by taking our laundry to the local laundrette, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more convenient.
Most importantly, Jhun’s warm, friendly, and helpful attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. He is a true asset to Pobla Hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. Highly recommended!
Aardig personeel, hippe aankleding, chill zwembadje, locatie dichtbij de restaurants, tours werden geregeld voor een mooie prijs.
Er was veel kapot aan het gebouw en meubilair. Ik miste een plek waar je lekker kon zitten. Uiteindelijk op het dakterras gezeten.

Jhun est un réceptionniste très accueillant et au service des clients. Il donne de nombreux conseils sur comment se déplacer et accéder aux activités
Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable pour y séjourner plusieurs jours.
Il n’y a pas de bouteilles d’eau à disposition des clients.
Pas de télévision, ni de mini bar dans la chambre
