Very disappointing
Pros:

Didn’t really like anything

Cons:

Cold tap in bathroom we couldn’t turn it on, broken wine glass in cupboard, mirror that was stuck onto the wardrobe was just hanging by a thread, curtains were almost coming off rails

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautifully presented cabin. Games room was really fun and kept the kids entertained

The people I dealt with were lovely but the accommodation was truly awful
Pros:

People were nice, good parking

Cons:

Lots of rubbish in and around the cabin, torn curtains, hair in every drain and just generally run down and dirty.

Cabin was warm, & lounge seating was comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was very, very poor...2 globes didn't work at all, & 1 was actually hanging loosely down. Even if the lighting WAS improved, I couldn't actually see in the mirror as it was too high!!
