Mooie plek
Pros:

Hier een nacht geslapen na ons bezoek aan Thermea2000. We konden contactloos binnen, dus dat was geen probleem dat we om 22.00 pas aankwamen. Na 22.00 gratis parkeren een stukje verderop in de straat . Mooie grote kamer met groot bed. Heerlijk geslapen. Alles brandschoon. Zeker een aanrader

Voor ons was het een goed verblijf voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Grote ruime kamer, top locatie, in het centrum van Valkenburg, makkelijk toegang tot hotel, privé parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Badkamer was iets te klein. Onze kamer was tegen de achterliggende berg gebouwd waardoor handdoeken en lakens en kussens van bed wat klam/vochtig aanvoelde.

Best quality price hotel in the area but no service
Pros:

Very modern, we like the digitalization and tech part of the experience

Cons:

Although we loved the tech part we missed the human contact, particularly as we had some questions about the reservation.

Lekker ruime kamers
Pros:

De ruime kamer en de locatie waren prima. De parkeerplaats heel fijn En eigenlijk is het hebben van een link als kamer sleutel best handig.

Er was niemand op locatie maar aan de telefoon werden we prima geholpen.

Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Willkommen in der Kommunikationswüste. Anfragen per E-Mail bleiben unbeantwortet. Wesentliche Informationen werden kurzfristig und nur auf Niederländisch versandt. Englisch wäre hilfreich, wenn man einsam vor der verschlossenen Tür steht und die telefonische Rezeption dauerbesetzt ist. Wenn man meint, auf Menschen verzichten zu können, muss man Digitalisierung auch können.
Der Safe funktionierte nicht.

Stafless is niet altijd heel handig!
Pros:

Modern hotel met een heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Het brandalarm ging vroeg in de ochtend af. Omdat dit een staffless hotel is, was er niemand aanwezig om het alarm uit te schakelen of direct te handelen. Het was bovendien onduidelijk of het personeel op afstand überhaupt op de hoogte was van de situatie.

Als gast heb ik zelf contact opgenomen met de klantenservice; zij bleken niet geïnformeerd en stuurden pas toen iemand onze kant op. De brandweer arriveerde eerder, maar kon niet alle kamers betreden.

Dit leidde tot een onveilige en ongemakkelijke situatie, waarbij gasten in alle haast het gebouw moesten verlaten, zonder duidelijke instructies of begeleiding.

Een verontschuldiging of vorm van compensatie voor deze ervaring zou op zijn plaats zijn.
