Pros:

Prima cosa da dire è la pronta assistenza dello staff (da remoto) per cambiarci la stanza (la prima aveva una perdita d'acqua e letteralmente puzzava ed era senza wifi!)
Ci hanno dato una nuova camera migliore e più pulita, con internet che funzionava.
La lavatrice asciugatrice è davvero utile, ci ha permesso di fare il bucato ed asciugarlo subito.
La posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima. Eravamo in centro vicini a tutto.

Cons:

Insomma, l'assenza di personale e la freddezza dell'accoglienza di sicuro non giovano. La struttura è un casermone con molte stanze e le scale e i corridoi puzzano di qualcosa di chimico (solvente o pittura, boh...), che non sappiamo cosa è...
L'ascensore si chiude velocemente, prima ti dà il colpo poi si riapre. Si rischia davvero di farsi male!
Abbiamo pagato troppo per il livello della struttura!
