We had an amazing stay at Efi Studios and would definitely come back!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight was heavily delayed, and she waited for us until 2:00 AM to welcome us with a smile. On the day of our departure, since our flight was in the evening, she also allowed us to take a shower before leaving for the airport. This small gesture made our last day so much more enjoyable, and we really appreciated it.

The location is perfect: only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the town center, yet still quiet and peaceful.

The apartment included everything we needed:

* A fully equipped kitchen
* Refrigerator
* Coffee machine with coffee, tea, and sugar provided
* Towels
* Hairdryer and hair straightener
* First aid kit
* Air conditioning that worked perfectly
* A hot shower with excellent water pressure
* Two balconies, making the apartment bright, airy, and well ventilated

The host also kindly arranged our taxi to the airport, making everything very easy for us. For future guests, the taxi fare to/from the airport is around €15–20.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and if we return to Kos, we will definitely stay here again!

La struttura corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle foto. La camera è piccola, ma essenziale per quello che può servire nella tipologia di vacanza (mare e scoperta dell’isola). Ho trovato una pulizia eccellente, come mai prima d’ora. C’è davvero tutto quello che può servire ed anche oltre (persino set cortesia con assorbenti e piastra per i capelli oltre il phon). La proprietaria ci ha fornito anche capsule per il caffè per tutto il soggiorno. Mai invadente, ha persino chiesto l’autorizzazione a pulire la stanza per non esserci di intralcio ed ad orario comodissimo. Insomma tutto perfetto, oltre le aspettative… dimenticavo posizione ottima

Abbiamo soggiornato agli Efi Studios durante la nostra recente vacanza a Kardamena e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata, perfetta per godersi l'isola in totale relax.
​La posizione è davvero imbattibile: a soli due minuti a piedi dal mare, il che rende tutto estremamente comodo, e abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti alla struttura, una vera comodità per chi come noi ha girato l'isola in lungo e in largo.
​Il vero punto di forza, però, è l’accoglienza. Eleni è una persona squisita, estremamente gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con il sorriso; ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Se state cercando un posto autentico, gestito con cura e passione, gli Efi Studios sono la scelta ideale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Hospitality from the host and position

La proprietaria è gentile e molto attenta al cliente. A metà settimana esegue le pulizie dell'appartamento comunicando l'orario al cliente. L'appartamento è già dotato di asciugamani, kit medico, kit cosmetico, ferro da stiro, bottiglie d'acqua, sale, olio, aceto, zucchero, tè, detersivo piatti e caffè.

The apartment is very cute, close to the supermarket, the best part of the beach and the center just a few minutes by walk. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of traffic so you can enjoy peace and quiet. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful host which certainly made our stay more enjoyable!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, a due minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Eleni è gentilissima ed accogliente. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed è tutto super pulito!

The apartment is just on the edge of the town so you are not hemmed in and get a countryside view from the balcony (and can watch the goats and chickens in the nearby fields). Coffee machine was provided with capsules, milk and sugar and even some other treats as well. Konstantinos' mother brought us the keys on time and Konstantinos was easily available by phone etc. He had also provided a lot of information for us about places to eat and useful locations both nearby and further. Free parking right outside the building and there was a good supermarket 5 minutes away, same time to the local beach. We found the studio comfortable and homely.
