3박을 했고 친구가 한국에서 와서 새로운 방을 1박 추가했는데 아주 만족합니다.
수화물을 맡겨두고 지방여행을 다니고 있는중입니다.

그리고 다시 이호텔로 가서 몇일 더 머물겁니다.
호텔 시스템 그리고 일하시는 스태프들 다 친절하고 좋았어요 강추합니다.

The entrance
Focus on the small stuff before going grand. The room was high tech electric curtains etc but the basics are missing - cutlery, hob, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, bare wires hanging from wall
Locked in at night which was a fire risk. The bed was too short, only to our shins, description on Booking.com did not match reality - no terrace/sound proofing…Kitchenette had saucepan but nothing to use it on except microwave!! Toiletry holders rusty. Had to buy toilet rolls. Stains on chaise long, bedding had stains, towels were grubby. Blinds did not block out light. Broken drawer. Bad smell from sinks. Breakfast was awful - dirty tables, not enough tables, cockroaches on serving table. Hotel has multiple names making it hard to return in taxi. Housekeeping requested but did not attend. Staff tended to ignore us.
Huge space to stay in with kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet and private. Good staff and good breakfast.
Durectly above the bedroom, building work was going on until 1:00am in the morning. That was bit of a let down. Otherwise fine.
Wonderful ladt manager Riaa, so warm, professional and welcoming. Good sized room with modern fitting and modest breakfast included.
Need some investment in bathroom area and choice of toileteries as all a little old and not good smell. Bring your own :-)
The staff was very kind especially Mrs Riia and Mr Niraj, as well as the restaurant staff and the doorbell. Everything went well.

Nice place with a pleasant atmosphere. The excursion offered with the stay is a great bonus and adds to the overall experience. The food is tasty and well presented. Overall, a very good experience.
Apartment was clean and comfortable, there a nice restaurant with good food and they can bring food to your room.
Gym was also nice but needs finishing.

Breakfast was good, good value for money. We stayed for visa appointment. There was an airport shuttle arranged to fetch us to the hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodated our requests. Appreciate the help!

This property is comfortable and incredible value for money. With the lovely Riaa at reception and polite staff it feels a little bit exclusive compared to main hotel
Breakfast can be a little busy so staff struggle to keep tables cleared.
