El desayuno.
Prácticamente todo mal. La habitación apestaba a humedad. La habitación no tenía ventilación. Hacía un calor brutal. Tuvimos suerte de que tenían un ventilador (ya que no se hospedaba nadie en la habitación que estaba el ventilador) pero era enorme, hacía demasiado ruido y era de suelo. No conseguimos dormir en toda la noche. El perchero del baño se descolgó. La ubicación era bastante mala. Mucha suciedad en la zona.
We had a very pleasant stay in Dar Suncial. A perfect central location but very quiet at the same time. Everything was well organized and people were helpful and very kind with everything.
The room was clean, cozy and well airconditioned.

Samira is super sweet and attentively prepared our fresh breakfast all throughout our stay .
The place is very close to the Medina, with alot of restaurants nearby.
It's a quiet neighborhood and safe.
The room has AC/heater available so you don't need to worry if you're visiting both cold/warmer season.
Just don't have high expectations as the room&furnitures are a bit old, with the budget of stay, i think its fair enough.
Just keep in mind that the accommodation don't have an elevator/lift so be prepared. ( Good thing we only packed lightly ).
There had been a problem with the shower drainage, hopefully they will checked that.
Friendly staff and comfortable bed
The water was always an issue. It disappeared for long minutes in the middle of our shower and that was very annoying.
Breakfast isn't something I recommend paying extra for. The majority of it comes from a package and you have to pay extra if you want more eggs because you don't want to eat any of the bread or pancakes because they are stale or hard. Take the money and go eat somewhere else.
Also, cooking in this kitchen is challenging as everything is kinda messy and crowded.
Also, the Internet in our room didn't work properly which was annoying.

Had to walk through the rain to get to the room (in good weather no problem).

Adil et Samira sont des personnes très gentils et professionnels, nous avons passés un super séjour ! Adil est disponible très rapidement pour toute question c’est très agréable ! Samira nous offre un petit déjeuner super bon avec un super sourire !
La pression de la douche ainsi que l’évacuation nous ont posé quelques soucis durant notre séjour.
La taxe de séjour est précisé en euros et lorsque nous l’avons réglé en dirham nous avons dû mettre un supplément alors que celui ci n’était pas précisé, cela devrait l’être.
Especialmente do anfitrião Adil que foi super simpático e incansável em nos ajudar com tudo o que precisamos.

En general la calidad precio. Y el trato con el personal.
La primera noche compartí con uno que tenía l habitación apestando. Los demás días todo bien por lo que lo relaciono con la higiene de la primera persona. Nada que ver con la higiene del Dar que estaba todo limpio.

Nuestra estancia fue correcta, con varios puntos muy positivos pero también algunos aspectos mejorables.
Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación: está en una zona tranquila y a unos 13 minutos andando de Jemaa el-Fna. Además, los callejones de acceso estaban iluminados por la noche, así que nos sentimos cómodos al volver tarde. También fue muy práctico poder dejar las mochilas tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out.
Queremos destacar especialmente a la mujer que servía los desayunos, siempre muy amable, simpática y atenta. El desayuno era siempre el mismo (croissant, Msemen, tortilla francesa, café y zumo), pero estaba bien y cumplía.
Las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban limpias, y el colchón era cómodo, se podía descansar bien.
En general, es una opción aceptable por la ubicación, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar bastante.
Como aspectos negativos, la habitación tenía bastantes humedades y prácticamente no se podía ventilar. Estaba en la planta inferior y la ventana daba al patio donde se sirven los desayunos, así que abrirla significaba perder totalmente la privacidad. Además, era una habitación bastante oscura, sin apenas luz natural, y el mobiliario necesitaría una renovación. También le falta algo de limpieza.
Por último, al llegar vimos que en la reserva de Booking.com indicaba 15 € de tasa turística, pero finalmente nos cobraron 18 €, con una explicación que no terminamos de entender.
