Kind and Attentive staff
Pros:

We're very thankful to Adil and Samira who accomodates us warmly and kindly !!!
Samira is super sweet and attentively prepared our fresh breakfast all throughout our stay .
The place is very close to the Medina, with alot of restaurants nearby.
It's a quiet neighborhood and safe.
The room has AC/heater available so you don't need to worry if you're visiting both cold/warmer season.
Just don't have high expectations as the room&furnitures are a bit old, with the budget of stay, i think its fair enough.

Cons:

Just keep in mind that the accommodation don't have an elevator/lift so be prepared. ( Good thing we only packed lightly ).
There had been a problem with the shower drainage, hopefully they will checked that.

Amazing for the price but I wouldn't take the breakfast

Friendly staff and comfortable bed

Cons:

The water was always an issue. It disappeared for long minutes in the middle of our shower and that was very annoying.

Breakfast isn't something I recommend paying extra for. The majority of it comes from a package and you have to pay extra if you want more eggs because you don't want to eat any of the bread or pancakes because they are stale or hard. Take the money and go eat somewhere else.

Also, cooking in this kitchen is challenging as everything is kinda messy and crowded.


Also, the Internet in our room didn't work properly which was annoying.

Super séjour
Pros:

Adil et Samira sont des personnes très gentils et professionnels, nous avons passés un super séjour ! Adil est disponible très rapidement pour toute question c’est très agréable ! Samira nous offre un petit déjeuner super bon avec un super sourire !

Cons:

La pression de la douche ainsi que l’évacuation nous ont posé quelques soucis durant notre séjour.
La taxe de séjour est précisé en euros et lorsque nous l’avons réglé en dirham nous avons dû mettre un supplément alors que celui ci n’était pas précisé, cela devrait l’être.

En general la calidad precio. Y el trato con el personal.

Cons:

La primera noche compartí con uno que tenía l habitación apestando. Los demás días todo bien por lo que lo relaciono con la higiene de la primera persona. Nada que ver con la higiene del Dar que estaba todo limpio.

Buena ubicación pero habitaciones mejorables
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue correcta, con varios puntos muy positivos pero también algunos aspectos mejorables.

Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación: está en una zona tranquila y a unos 13 minutos andando de Jemaa el-Fna. Además, los callejones de acceso estaban iluminados por la noche, así que nos sentimos cómodos al volver tarde. También fue muy práctico poder dejar las mochilas tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out.

Queremos destacar especialmente a la mujer que servía los desayunos, siempre muy amable, simpática y atenta. El desayuno era siempre el mismo (croissant, Msemen, tortilla francesa, café y zumo), pero estaba bien y cumplía.

Las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban limpias, y el colchón era cómodo, se podía descansar bien.

En general, es una opción aceptable por la ubicación, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar bastante.

Cons:

Como aspectos negativos, la habitación tenía bastantes humedades y prácticamente no se podía ventilar. Estaba en la planta inferior y la ventana daba al patio donde se sirven los desayunos, así que abrirla significaba perder totalmente la privacidad. Además, era una habitación bastante oscura, sin apenas luz natural, y el mobiliario necesitaría una renovación. También le falta algo de limpieza.

Por último, al llegar vimos que en la reserva de Booking.com indicaba 15 € de tasa turística, pero finalmente nos cobraron 18 €, con una explicación que no terminamos de entender.

Je leur ai demandé pour mon véhicule je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Je me suis faite piéger et j’étais bloquée dans les ruelles avec mon camion. Ils n’ont pas dû été compatissants. J’ai payé pour une chambre dans laquelle je n’ai pas dormi

Good value, staff was really nice. The birds that fly from the open roof to the middle of the Riyad are the cherry on top.

Cons:

Not super clean and the doors were very noisy making people getting in late wake everyone up in the building.

Superb, raport calitate-pret bun. Recomand

Personalul. Adil a fost foare comunicativ si prietenos cu oaspeții, o gazda minunata. Precum si personalul din bucatarie. Mic dejun gustos(desi acelasi, era suficient) in fiecare dimineață. Cand plecam dimineata devreme Samira se asigura sa mancam totusi ceva rapid si sa bem cafeaua. Amplasarea hotelului e putin ciudata (printre stradute inguste), dar e sigura si foarte aproape de principalele obiective si de Medina. Curat si primitor. Raport calitate pret bun. Recomand pentru o experienta autentica.

Cons:

Hotelul are nevoie totusi de imbunatatiri(mucegai in camere).
Noaptea era destul de greu sa dormim, deoarece se auzea foarte mare galagie de la oaspetii care veneau si vorbeau in holul principal.

Cons:

Ma fotkách vyzerala izba a zaradenie slušne, realita bola sklamanie. V sprche zle odtekala voda, za krátku chvíľu stojíte v mláke. Do toalety sa nesmie odhadovať použitý toaletný papier, čo je na dnešné časy dosť neadekvátne. Podlaha bola dosť špinavá. Jedna noc sa dala vydržať, ale už tam viac nepôjdem. Za malý doplatok môžete prenocovať v ozajstnom hoteli prakticky v centre, kde som nocoval predtým.
