Pros:

Loved the friendliness of the staff. Very clean. Great views from the terrace. As it was my birthday, we got ipgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated. A house with a story.

Cons:

I think there is a good potential to design and historic memorabilia upgrade.

Likely our favourite hotel in Spain!
Pros:

One of the nicest places we stayed over a 2 week trip through northern Spain! Maria clearly has a passion for the property, and gave us a tour of the hotel while checking in. Everything was extremely clean and our room was very spacious! The breakfast was the best we had during our trip, which included made omelettes while all the other pastries were all freshly baked on site!

Un derroche de amabilidad y comodidad
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, a destacar a María José con su gran simpatía y dedicación, dispuesta a agradar y que tú estancia sea excelente. También su excelente desayuno, de los mejores que he probado, con productos naturales y caseros. El hotel es muy bonito y está en un lugar precioso.

Cons:

En todos los hoteles hay cosas que mejorar y en este también pero solo por la amabilidad del personal y su desayuno, no merece la pena mencionarlas.

Nos hicieron sentir como en casa
Pros:

El hecho de alojarnos en un palacete modernista, la ubicación privilegiada y sobre todo, el personal, muy agradables y que nos hacían sentir como en casa ; en especial, destacaría la amabilidad de María José, siempre pendiente de nuestra comodidad. El desayuno es espectacular, todo casero y recién hecho.

Cons:

Por decir algo, no había cafetera en la habitación.
