Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to the town. The shuttle was there if you needed it too. The pool area and loungers were very comfortable, I really enjoyed the atmosphere around the pool too. The breakfast was nice - Particularly the egg station and the coffee. All the food we had in the restaurant and around the pool was delicious. The room and bed were comfortable and a great view. All of the staff were so helpful, lovely to talk to, especially the person on the egg station and the staff around the pool.

Cons:

I think to help with the walk into town, a path alongside the road leading to the hotel would be helpful. The rest of the walk was quiet but that road and crossing the main road could be tricky.
My husband would have liked to use the gym but we knew it wouldn’t be ready in time for our stay. It looks like it will be brilliant when it is finished.

Extremely disappointing experience — be very careful, specially if you have to extend!!!!!!!

Our stay at San Antonio Summerland was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the way we were treated by the management.

The manager Madalena was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. The biggest issue, however, was the price charged for extending our stay by just one additional night.

We had originally booked through Booking.com. When we extended our stay for one extra night directly with the hotel, we were charged three times the price that Booking.com was offering for the same property and dates. It appears that the hotel took advantage of the fact that we did not check the price before agreeing to the extension.

This is completely unacceptable and left us feeling that the hotel was trying to exploit its own guests simply because it had the opportunity to do so. A hotel charging a premium for a direct extension is one thing; charging three times the available Booking.com price is something entirely different.

Take my back to Mykonos! Our stay at San Antonio Summerland was wonderful.

The room was not 100% clean. Mosquitos in the room. Staff in the restaurant was not very attentive.

Fantastic hotel!!!
Breakfast was outstanding—always fresh, plentiful, and served until 11:00 a.m. There was a great variety of fresh fruit every day.
The complimentary hotel shuttle, which runs every hour, was excellent. Walking isn't really an option because the roads are narrow and there is a lot of traffic.
The room had everything we needed—they even provided an iron and ironing board. We loved the cute balcony with its beautiful sea view. The rooms feel modern, especially the bathroom, which looked recently renovated.
As a former hotelier, I have to say the staff were absolutely exceptional. They weren't just doing their jobs or working for tips—they genuinely cared about the guests. Everyone was friendly, helpful, smiling, and always ready to assist with even the smallest things, whether it was bringing fresh beach towels, serving drinks, providing water, or helping move sun loungers.
The pool area is lovely. I normally prefer the beach, but I found it incredibly relaxing to spend time by the pool here.
On the day of our departure, the staff allowed us to use the pool for the entire day and provided access to the showers and changing room, which was a fantastic touch.
The hotel is located on a steep hillside. While the views are beautiful, be prepared for a fairly steep walk downhill to the restaurant and pool, followed by an uphill walk back to the rooms.
The Old Town is only a few kilometres away and is well worth visiting both during the day and in the evening, when it comes alive. Thanks to the convenient shuttle bus, getting there is easy.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Trip from the airport to the hotel was only 3,4km . Airport - hotel by taxi 40 eur, Hotel-Airport - 30 eur. It is very expensive for the km.

Ótima opção de hospedagem
Pros:

Staff excelente. Café da manhã excelente, limpeza dos quartos, transfer para Chora a toda hora, ida e volta, gerando economia de, aproximadamente, 40 euros por trecho. Transfer do porto e do aeroporto para o hotel (pago à parte).

Cons:

O hotel é muito grande, em uma encosta, sendo necessário subir e descer escadas para ir do quarto ao restaurante, piscina ou recepção, o que pode ser desconfortável para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção.
