Fine enough to sleep but small and basic room, not even a chair to sit and eat food that we brought back.
Pros:

Fantastic location, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Extremely low water pressure, making showers not great and nothing out of the hot tap in the sink. Kettle provided but no fridge to keep any milk/drinks.

It felt like a uni house and was not worth the price we paid.
Pros:

The team were responsive by WhatsApp, there was no manned reception.

Cons:

The stay started off with a text to say the room would not be ready by the check in time. The curtains in the room were not very effective and the room was bright very early. We stayed in the top room of the house and it was absolutely boiling, we had to keep the windows open all night and the place was near a hospital so lots of sirens. When we woke up on the Saturday morning there was no hot water and water was dribbling out of the shower.

Pros:

It was hard to find, poorly signposted, the wifi didn’t work and neither did the TV. Plus the owners did not respond upon direct messages

Lovely place

Not much really apart from the staff we’re helpful via text in the end.

Cons:

Skylights had no black outs which were above the bed, had to wake up with the sunrise, 05:30am bad WiFi, tv is WiFi, no signal, even my laptop was dropping out! Google maps sent me to wrong address, my check in information didn’t confirm what room I was staying in so I had try each lock box, you can’t speak to anyone via phone, only by text message! Nightmare to park your can near the property!

The location was great.

Cons:

Overall I was very disappointed with my stay. The room lacked cleanliness and looked tatty. Lots of mould. Floors were broken. Stains on the ceilings and walls. Wallpaper was lifting. Doors to the garden had massive bolts on because the door was so warn. The garden it's self needed weeding.
The bathroom it's self was where most of the mould was. Tiles on the floor was missing grout and loose tiles. The silicone around the bath was coming away and mouldy. The anti slip strips were really discoloured and coming away from the floor. The smell that come from the bath when being filled wasn't pleasant indication it needs a good clean.
The rugs in the bedroom looked like that hadn't been hoovered in the last few stays.

Lovely weekend away, very clean and comfortable!
Pros:

A lovely space! The hot tub had very clear instructions printed out on the side and easy to use. Lots of towels and space throughout the room. The mirrors all have lights and are able to change the settings on all 3. Staff were so lovely great communication when needed! Nice mini fridge and coffee machine (lovely coffee too)

Cons:

Nothing everything was so perfect for us!

Basic rather than boutique…
Pros:

Good location, self-check in managed smoothly via automated message with door codes etc. Room 9 was on the top floor so no foot traffic going past the room meant it wasn’t noisy.

Cons:

The property feels more like an informal hostel rather than a hotel. A fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night. All guests evacuated the building and waited outside but as the alarm continued, one guest had to use their phone to call a staff member as no staff on-site to respond. Not sure why the alarm didn’t automatically alert on-call staff?? Good thing it wasn’t a real fire. Staff member then casually arrived on foot to cancel the fire alarm siren, but it was a very cold wait.
WiFi didn’t work and TV didn’t work. Room definitely looks more boutique from the photos than in real life.
