Pros:

Nice location, room is clean. Breakfast is fine.

Cons:

It was stuffy in the room.
Service wasn’t the best for us. We had our wedding day while staying there. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was the only one that forgot about it. And when we reminded them, they brought one piece of cake at the most uncomfortable time, while we were leaving.

Also, we had asked for a vase for flowers, and they didn’t help us with it at all.

After the wedding, we came to the hotel with a lot of stuff, and no one from the staff offered any help to us. It was guests that helped us to take stuff to the elevator.

Pros:

Понравилось месторасположение. Рядом метро, рынок, магазины, аптеки , рестораны. Близко к реке и одной из канатных дорог. Отель новый с новыми технологиями.

Cons:

Номер на 4 человека был тесный. Три полотенца на четверых. На следующий день не убрали номер. Ещё через день пришлось просить убрать, так как опять уборка не пришла. Хотя кнопка вызова уборщицы была включена. Когда получили ключи от номера, на ресепшене не объяснили как пользовать лифтом. Оказывается чтоб подняться на этаж мало нажать на нужный номер этажа, следует ещё приложить ключ-карту от комнаты.
Новые технологии это хорошо, но я считаю что при заселении посетителям должны давать распечатануню инструкцию как что работает и график завтраков и спа салона

Все отлично на пару дней. Вода в номере и хорошая уборка. Бассейн на крыше, которым мы воспользовались.
Pros:

Центр. Персонал. Можно оставить багаж.

Cons:

Нет сушилки в ванной, одна (буквально) вешалка для всего.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options to choose from. The staff in very helpful and pleasant. The hotel located in ~15 minuets walk to the Tbilisi center.

Cons:

The only downside was that they have one automatic coffee machine and that sometimes need to wait in a line 5 to 10 minutes.

Ein sehr gelungenes Aufenthalt bei Novotel Tbilisi
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück gut, nah am Metro.

Cons:

Zimmer 413 - hier hat mir ein größeren Tisch zum Arbeiten gefehlt. Auch eine Sitzgelegenheit im Schlafzimmer. Ich würde mir mehr Georgische Gerichte beim Frühstück wünschen.

Ничего ,только то ,что он новый

Персонал неприветлив ,завтрак ужасен (малый ассортимент ,абсолютно все невкусное и невозможно это есть,капучино платный -это просто молоко ) Это не отель 5звезд !!!! Я не понимаю откуда такие звезды! Подушки , как медузы ,спать невозможно ! Чемоданы в номер никто не несет ! Встречают с унылыми мордами ! Никогда больше не поедем ! Не рекомендуем !
