Отличное местоположение!!!

Cons:

Учитывая тот факт, что много россиян посещают Грузию, было бы полезно иметь молодежный персонал говорящий и на русском языке тоже. Старшее поколение великолепно коммуницирует, очень дружелюбны.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful design, and the rooms are spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need. We also enjoyed a great view. The receptionist (unfortunately I forgot her name) gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly friendly and smiling.

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve be better, and coffee like espresso/cappuccino costs extra

Pros:

The cleaning of the room

Cons:

I have reserve a Suite in Novotel Hotel in Tbilisi, and the photos showen in booking.com ( specially the belcony ) not same the hotel provided me.

When I asked that, they said that photo in booking.com is for ( Terrace Suite Room ) while they gave me different Suite

it is totally not fair to pay for such photos and i found out different rooms !

Pluse, how Novotel Hotel (4 Stars) has no (BellBoy), I serve my self by my self while i am paying all this amount !!
I could go to 2 Starts hotels and have same poor service !!

все чисто хорошо. но подвели что не работает спа. хотя указали с 1 мая а по приезду изменили на сайте на конец мая.

спа не был предоставлен. указано было при бронировании что работает с 1 мая. по приезду изменили что с конца мая будет доступна. хотели поменять отель но возврата нет. ничем не помогли.

Хороший просторный номер с огромной террасой и чудесным видом на город

Cons:

Завтрак на 3+, очень скромное меню, причем позиции персонал не обновляет, на десерт все закончилось и решили больше ничего не выносить.

Pros:

The hotel is well situated, most of the staff were friendly and pleasant, the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was a disaster. Poor choice, missing lo items not restocked and staff that didn't appear to care. If I could submit photos you could enjoy the one of completely dried up baked beans. I would suggest sending the relevant staff to the Novotel in Istanbul to see how breakfast should be managed! I stay in a lot of hotels and my two nights here were the worst breakfasts I've experienced in years. Stay in the hotel and go to the coffee shop up the road is my best advice.
