Lovely place great location however far to noisy couldn't sleep extreme pub noise until 2am !!

I loved my room so much, the design, the attention to detail.
The location was great! By the busy street and in the area where you can walk to the theatres and shops etc.
No breakfast, no lobby area, no other facilities. I don’t have to have these facilities but it was listed as a five star hotel, that troubled me
We didn’t have the breakfast, but did enjoy wonderful cocktails the previous evening! The bar at No 13, was impressive. Loved the location on Tin Pan Alley. The staff were amazing, all perfect really.
If nitpicking, the room lacked a well lit space for make up.

Decor - everything so dark. Even had black toilets. Had to press panels to get daylight light into the 2 bedroom suite.

For me, the location was perfect, very close to everything I needed to do. However, it is tricky to find the front entrance; the approach feels akin to walking down a dodgy back alley. The bathroom was the best feature of the room.
No kettle... only pods, which I personally don't like. Give me a good old-fashioned kettle in my room, without having to ask for it... You're supposed to be 5*. My only other gripe - the air conditioning doesn't go low enough; 16 °C was the limit, and the room felt a tad stuffy!
Air conditioning and shower, bed was comfortable.
Reception staff were not very welcoming, full street away from hotel. No information about the facilities provided by the hotel, ie, menus and services. Tea and coffee were charged at extortionate prices. Disappointed as the street wasn’t as welcoming as promised.
