The staff were always on hand to help and the location was excellent.
The room was gloomy (not romantic) and the air conditioning is a joke. The breakfast is an express continental and is appalling value. Go to one of the many coffee shops in the area instead.
Although I admire what the hotel is trying to achieve it falls short on customer comfort. Overall this is not a 5 star hotel.

big room and spacious that is rarely in this area at that price. most of the rooms in other hotel are tiny for the same price.
cool soundbar and surrounding for music in the room.
no noise cancellation at the windows, it was hard to sleep. we heard everything going on the street, and the door of the building going so much noise every time it closed.
and the lights in the room isn't enough for the day.
charging 5% for daily cleaning that's supposed to be a standard in a 5 star hotel and not supposed to cost more,
The room was beautiful and the sound system was amazing. Me and my girl had a great time.
