Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente, facendomi sentire come a casa. La posizione è ottima e l’atmosfera tranquilla permette di rilassarsi completamente. Un’attenzione al cliente che oggi è difficile trovare.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare. Il soggiorno ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative.

Personale familiare, cortesia è disponibilità, prezzo ottima qualità. Da evidenziare che sotto la struttura c'è il ristorante con gestione dello stesso hotel di ottima cucina di pesce e piatti tipici.

Pros:

L'accoglienza, il sorriso di tutto lo staff, l'igiene perfetta, sculture in legno di grande opera artigianale, camera con bagno con stile e colori rilassanti, oltretutto l'ottimo ristorante di pesce al piano inferiore dello stesso hotel e cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Plaz rende tutto molto apprezzabile. Grazie e complimenti di dovere.

Cons:

Pensavo fosse una grande struttura riguardo l'hotel, ma mi sono ricreduto perché una struttura adeguata dà più interesse all'ospite.

Pros:

we liked everything so much, we returned the 2nd time

Cons:

the hotel is on the top of a restaurant, there is some noise coming up, nothing unbearable, no loud music, or shouting, but you can hear that there are people talking below you

Cons:

For ecological reasons, they need to find an effective way to ensure the room is not cleaned when the client does not request. They showed me to click "do not disturb" on the panel, but when I remove the room card while leaving, the light on the panel turns off. So they cleaned my room.
