Good but can become better
Pros:

Spacious room. There is a smart TV. There is a balcony (but no chairs). The place looks very clean and smells like mosquito repellent (citronella). Staff is friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom is disappointing. The shower head is broken, which results in the water spraying everywhere and low water pressure when you take a shower. It’s very hot inside the bathroom.
Toilet was quite nasty with yellow stains inside. This is easy to resolve by scrubbing with bleach. They haven’t done that in a long time.
AC doesn’t cool enough. It felt like the heat was still coming inside the room, as if the AC and heating were on at the same time. This is probably because of the flat roof and poor insulation. They provided me with a fan, which helped a bit.
Place could use a bigger trash bin.
Bed squeaked a lot.
Big kitchen with plates, bowls and cups but very limited cutlery. There are no knives to cut fruits.

Overall still better than a lot of places in Indonesia but they have to resolve the points mentioned above to make the place worth it’s money. Right now it still felt overpriced because of the flaws.

Не вагайтесь - найкращий вибір!
Pros:

Персонал дуже привітний, стриманий, ввічливий.
Кімната велика, зручна. Є все необхідне. Дуже сподобалося що є окрема зона з рукомийником, мікрохвильовкою, кулером. Є стіл за яким зручно читати або їсти. Балкон!

Cons:

Ми не зрозуміли чому не було щоденного прибирання. Ми залишили чайові на ліжку зранку, та коли повернулися пізно ввечері, чайові були на місці і було видно що до кімнати ніхто не заходив. Це не мінус, а скоріше здивування 😊

Pros:

Хороший отель, огромный номер , 3 комнаты, 4 кровати на 2их. Приятное шёлковое белье, чистое, новое. Цена приятная, было очень комфортно, свежо!

Cons:

Все было отлично, рядом не было где поесть, но приехали поздно, попили чай, а рано утром на экскурсию, там позавтракали.

L'albergo è fantastico, le camere spaziose, pulitissime e con tutti confort.

Cons:

Staff decisamente non all'altezza. Sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili ma purtroppo anche impreparati. Di tutte le persone con cui ho avuto modo di parlare nei 3 giorni che sono rimasto solo una parlava un inglese accettabile. Ho provato a comunicare usando il traduttore del telefonino ma non sono riusciti a darmi risposte chiare ed esaurienti nemmeno alle domande più semplici su argomenti come la colazione e la lavanderia che dovevano conoscere. Hanno fatto confusione anche con i soldi che avevo versato come cauzione per le chiavi.
