Pros:

An ideal place to stay at when visiting Ziguinchor. Based in a local neighbourhood, it is not far from the city centre while maintaining an authentic feel. Very clean, comfortable, large room+ private bathroom, with access to kitchen and garden/veranda area. The host is reponsive and extremely helpful, a real pleasure to speak to and share impressions about Senegal and the world. He waited for us for a very late night check-in and was gracious and calming. If we are back, we will stay here again, highly recommended.
