We were comfortable and had a good night's sleep.
Pros:

The ease of access, cleanliness, comfort. The unit was accessable, as one of us had mobility issues. In general it meet all our needs more than expected.

Cons:

Because we got in later than expected, we were not able to get a 24 hour convenience store to pick up supplies close to the location. However we did find fast food, although not walking distance. Took a bit of time to find the parking.

Very nice and spacious accommodation
Pros:

Very spacious for 4 people and 2 bathrooms! Clean and nicely decorated.
Rooftop top patio is nice.

No staff on site but communication was fine and we had what we needed

Cons:

It would be great to have a pull out sofa but we booked knowing it was not a pullout.

You need a car to stay here to explore Ottawa. It's a quick drive to the main areas though.

Pros:

The apartment was lovely and convenient for small stores , walking distance to a few restaurants and near local transport, roof terrace was beautiful and weather permitting is lovely to sit in .we asked for a few things and they were very quick to respond.

Cons:

It was quite noisy , as we were there for 2 weeks it would have been better to have more dishtowels and towels.

Pros:

This was the best accommodation I've ever had. We had everything we needed as a travelers like washing machine and laundry detergent, also free parking for our rental car. The place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I also liked the self check-in and out. A bit far from the city center but totally recommended.

Le logement était grand et confortable.

Cons:

Douche brisée.
Insonorisation inadéquate, le 2e soir les voisins étaient très bruyants. Ils nous ont empêchés de dormir une partie de la nuit mais nous ne pouvions communiquer avec la réception de qui est inexistante.

I was checking to my room with in 15 min of booking on Bookings.com. The instructions were clear and easy to get in.

Pros:

Furnitures were good.

Cons:

I woke up many times due to other suits issues and then police came at 6 am.
Parking was very hard to find and there was no one to help me.

Grand logement, propre, lit confortable

Cons:

Demi sous-sol! Pas de balcon. Un peu humide à l'intérieur du logement à mon arrivée. Difficile de trouver le parking tard le soir.

Perfect for location for seeing all Ottawa has to offer
Pros:

Very clean. Excellent location the tram into centre town was so easy and less than 5 min away . Walking distance to Hintonburg with cool bars and restaurants. Little Italy close by with excellent restaurants

Cons:

We had a toddler with us and a high chair would have been great - the cot was provided. With a toddler you need both.
