Mooie ruimte , goede bedden

Cons:

Minimale keukeninventaris, douche kop was kapot evenals de haak om de douchekop op te hangen. Dit zou duidelijk moeten worden bij het schoonmaken van het appartement maar was dus niets aan gedaan.
de douche kitranden waren beschimmeld, dat kan eenvoudig verholpen worden met een nieuw kit randje
de airco maakte heel veel lawaai in dit appartement.

the suites , added lift and terrace excceded my expectation . i would recommend with some concerns
Cons:

The lack of parking ,including street parking.
The Parking accommodations are completely unacceptable, for personal and property safety , especially in the evening hours. As a single female, I was forced to abandon the "parking" and Juggle the street parking with a 1 hour only parking limit.?
Due to the "Mixed neighbourhood" , the Vehicle and Pedestrian traffic and activities ( especially in the evening ) caused concern for safety and privacy.
while i stayed . there was a very large group of young Adult individuals "waiting to enter the building" throughout the evening Friday hours.
As a result , there was a rooftop Party that caused damage to property and im sure noise issues for tenants below.

Environnement bizzarre!

Clean professional well deserved stay
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean, the kitchen was the best with all that you need, washing machine 👌🏾, i loved everything in the rooms, my son loved the place too

Cons:

1st day locating the parking area was not easy, and there were parcking numbers on both side so we had to guess no.6🫠

Pros:

La vue avec les grandes fenêtres

Cons:

La ventilation est vraiment bruyante et la porte d’entrée fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’on la ferme.
Il manque de finissions dans le logement pour le prix.
