Hotel Panorama & Spa Elbasan

We were extremely pleased with our stay, from the breathtaking view to the excellent service, hospitality, delicious food, friendly staff, and cleanliness. With all its facilities, it offers a truly outstanding experience. This was our second time staying here, and once again we enjoyed a wonderful and memorable atmosphere.

The facilities are true to the pictures. Everything looks and feels like new. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable with good quality foam mattress. Breakfast was included, the food quality was great. The outside swimming pools were quite big and the water was warm and clean. The hotel is located on a hill just far enough from the city’s center to be serene and give an amazing view of the whole city. Taxis were available day and night on short notice and the price was more than reasonable. The most I like the staff, very friendly and always available. We learned a lot of things about Albania and Elbasan’s history from our main host. He took care of every aspect with outmost courtesy. Thank you.

Die große Anlage liegt etwas abseits und ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bietet einen Panoramablick über Elbasan. Eigener Parkplatz und Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant sind renoviert, großzügig bemessen und sauber. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen Zugang zu einem großen Terrasse. Der Hauptpool ist groß und sauber mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das eigene Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Unschlagbar ist der Rezeptionist - super freundlichen und hilfsbereit - kümmert sich um alles und macht die Mankos wett.

Clean, comfortable rooms, with everything you need. Nice views over the swimming pool to the mountains. A pleasant terrace that thanks to it being well above the valley floor has a gentle cool breeze in the evening. The menu offered more choices than we usually found in Albania, and excellent food. The dishes with truffles were beautiful. Amongst a wide choice of wines the hotel offers a bio red wine made by one of the staff! We love wine, and his was excellent. I will not name him, but if you stay here you will know who he is! The only one who speaks other languages than Albanian, and the only one of the staff who cares!

Al primo posto c’è l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale in particolare Marghet credo che si chiami, soprannominato da me e mia moglie “il Google Umano” ha un bagaglio di informazioni e una conoscenza della storia e del territorio pazzeschi ragazzi!!
La struttura è in una posizione strategica, ad un ora ci sono i posti più blasonati, il servizio è eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti, camere grandi con vista panoramica, molte aree all’aperto, garage collegato con ascensore direttamente alle camere, la piscina molto grande tra cui quella per i bambini ed infine la colazione eccellente ed il ristorante Top. Lo consiglio vivamente!! Chiaramente è una struttura che per arrivarci richiede un proprio mezzo di locomozione poiché si trova a 5/6 km dal centro!! Ottimo per Bikers

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. A major benefit is that the restaurant serves excellent meals at reasonable prices. The Wi-Fi speeds are excellent, so I was able to work in the evenings without any hiccups. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the hotel was recently renovated, and everything felt fresh. There is large parking for cars, and as it is in the center of Albania, it's easy to drive everywhere from here. I definitely can highly recommend this hotel for stay.

Traumhafte Lage, sauber, das Essen war sehr gut und günstig.
Und das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
