bad experience for me
Pros:

the location is nice, front of premis is kedai mamak, near is 7e, so its good

Cons:

the room is really bad, the toilet door has a area which outside people can peep, the ceiling is yellow, the mattress is really old yellowish, looks like the owner dont want to repair and upgrade at all, water heater is really noise the pump, also weak water pressure although the sound of the pump is noisy, the condition of the room is really bad, 1 out of 10..sorry but this is the reality

Super noisy. Quite run down. Can’t sleep due to the noise from the streets. Air con constant rattling too

Not worth it
Cons:

Very basic, no TV, noisy aircon, no toothpaste no tooth brush, no shower foam no shampoo. Noise from neighbouring room can be heard, showering and water drippings. Couldn't get a good rest and good night sleep
