Great hospitality and location
Pros:

I liked the location, close to a lot of restaurants, and the plaza. The attendant was very friendly and genuine. The room was clean and the environment felt welcoming.

Cons:

The room was small but it had everything you can ask for. The walls are thin but it wasn’t an issue for me since I’m a heavy sleeper.

The owner is wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. He and his wife want to provide a nice experience.

The upgrades that have been made to the property are nice.

Cons:

The rooms are TINY - think smaller than an interior cruise room. Literally not enough space to lay out a suitcase other than on the bed. The bed was touching two walls.

The stay was LOUD. There is no one working at night to tell guests to STFU. So we had loud talking and doors banging until 4am as people came and went from their rooms.

There are 20 steps in the front door. Be prepared to carry yourself and any luggage up and down.

Very clean and safe hotel in great location!
Pros:

Super clean room, super comfy bed, great location within walking distance of La Placita and local Santurce attractions. Loved the locking mechanism as it's by personal code only (even to get into the BUILDING!!!) so it's perfect for solo travelers from a safety standpoint. Super cute lobby and decor all around the hotel as well.

Cool little place in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

Cozy little place, very nice staff, rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Can get a bit noisy during the night, I stayed for 4 nights, and in 2 of them woke up - maybe the location of my room was specifically problematic. Also note, there are some 20 stairs in the entrance with no elevator
