Very clean and safe hotel in great location!
Pros:

Super clean room, super comfy bed, great location within walking distance of La Placita and local Santurce attractions. Loved the locking mechanism as it's by personal code only (even to get into the BUILDING!!!) so it's perfect for solo travelers from a safety standpoint. Super cute lobby and decor all around the hotel as well.

Cool little place in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

Cozy little place, very nice staff, rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Can get a bit noisy during the night, I stayed for 4 nights, and in 2 of them woke up - maybe the location of my room was specifically problematic. Also note, there are some 20 stairs in the entrance with no elevator

Muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. Ofrecen guardaequipaje sin costo. Cercanía para visitar los puntos mas importantes.

Solution de logement efficace, centrale, rapport qualité prix correct pour San Juan. Fontaine à eau à disposition dans le hall.

Cons:

Chambre petite (certaines sans fenêtre, faire attention au moment de la réservation); isolation phonique limitée. Attention, baignade pas toujours possible sur les plages du Nord de l’île (courants forts et vent), privilégier certaines criques ou zones protégées des vents.

Great location and kind staff, ideal for short stays

The location was great, the staff was super kind.
Fun amenities like a photo/selfie room, workspace, coffee machine, ice machine in lounge.

Cons:

I don’t know if it was because it was New Year’s Eve celebrations but my room was not cleaned not once during my stay. I left the sign on the door for a cleaning but it never happened. I had to request toilet paper one night when I returned and realized housekeeping hadn’t come to my room. Never experienced this while staying at a hotel, not even at a motel or hostel.
