Pros:

Great location.
Very clean rooms.
Tasty food and nice dinner and drinks.
Very polite staff
I had my birthday during my stay. I mentioned it, and they organized a nice celebration with a birthday cake!
The tours I asked about were great and good value for money.
If I return to Kathmandu, I will stay there again!!

Really good stay in Thamel
Pros:

The room was really clean. Staff were very friendly! We booked a couple of tours from the reception and they were really good value for money! Would absolutely recommend! Also, the location is very good!

Lovely and quiet hotel in Thamel
Pros:

Lovely staff who truly make sure you’re always happy and comfortable. Very clean and nice room with good space.

Cons:

The aircondition had quite a strong light that lighted up the little room. For me as a sensitive sleeper I needed an eye mask to sleep. But no problem otherwise.

Lovely place to relax post-trek
Pros:

Extremely clean, quiet and a perfect place to relax and enjoy a bit of comfort after trekking! I felt very well looked after by the staff, who were always checking I was alright. Good selection for breakfast (enjoyed the fresh fruit!) and they made me a packed breakfast on my last day when I had to leave early. I also requested a balcony which they were able to accommodate, which I loved sitting out on. I would absolutely stay here again!

I recommend this hotel, eventhough its just a simple boutique hotel but the stay is comfortable.Nice and cosy

Pros:

Cleaner than most five-star hotels — every corner was spotless, from the bathroom to the bedding. Despite being right in the middle of Thamel, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, making it the perfect base after long days of exploring or trekking.

The design is modern and well-maintained, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, and full of local tips. Highly recommended — would stay again without hesitation.

Pros:

The hotel has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I’ve rarely seen such a clean hotel in Nepal. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It offers excellent value for money.

Pros:

I liked the cozy comfortable and convenient stay at Kailash Boutique. The staff is exceptionally professional, courteous and go out of the way to make the guests comfortable.
Housekeeping and cleanliness was very good. Restaurant food was simple and tasty.
Doi, Babu and Ijaz were always there to answer and address all my requirements.
I'm coming back to Kailash Biutique the next time I visit Kathmandu. Thank you.
