Pros:

Central location, located in a quite side alley but is walking distance to the busy streets.
It is a relatively new construction, everything was Clean & well maintained.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We went during the low season, the breakfast buffet had limited options.
We checked in late at night and there were people drinking alcohol in the waiting area in front of the reception desk. We had to keep standing for check-in formalities while those people offered us half eaten biscuits in an inebreated state. Hotel staff seemed to be ok with this.

Tasty food and nice dinner and drinks.
Very polite staff
I had my birthday during my stay. I mentioned it, and they organized a nice celebration with a birthday cake!
The tours I asked about were great and good value for money.
If I return to Kathmandu, I will stay there again!!

Really good stay in Thamel
Pros:

The room was really clean. Staff were very friendly! We booked a couple of tours from the reception and they were really good value for money! Would absolutely recommend! Also, the location is very good!
