During our recent stay at Citadines Hotel Bacolod City, we experienced a generally positive stay. We made two reservations through Booking.com: the first from May 14 to 18,2026 and a second from May 20 to 22,2026.
We inquired about early check-in for our arrival, as we were traveling from London. We used the messaging service on Booking.com to communicate our request; however, we did not receive any response. Despite this, we chose to pay an additional fee for early check-in, which was accommodated.
Our accommodation in the One Bedroom Deluxe (Room 1401 for both bookings) was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located close to The Row restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. We appreciated the good Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym. Additionally, we were pleased to see that the hotel supports local artists, which adds a unique cultural touch to the property.
During our interaction with the hotel’s marketing manager, Denise Justiniani/Calimlim, I shared my sister's contact details since she is a local stained glass artist. She has exhibited her work at the Park Inn Hotel, as highlighted in the articles “Light and Life Through Glass” and SunStar Bacolod: Light and Life Through Glass. Additionally, her work was featured in an exhibit at the Park Inn Hotel, as detailed here: Digicast Negros: Light and Life Through Glass Exhibit. Denise also suggested using the hotel’s recycled glass bottles as part of their eco-friendly initiatives, emphasizing their commitment to being green and helping the environment.
Unfortunately, she was not contacted by the hotel, which was a missed opportunity for collaboration.
We dined at Namit Restaurant, where the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food options. The staff at Namit, particularly Shy and Antoinette, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, greatly enhancing our dining experience.
Beautiful Hotel and good facilities and location.
Normally reception desk staff OK, but this time inexperienced employee.

The room is really comfortable and tidy.
The price of your inclusive meals is too pricey. I stayed in your hotel 2x already, but the food was expensive.
The hotel staff are perfect, wonderful!
I didn’t like the internet speed and the room cleaning.
Water is replaced only when it has completely run out. If there is still enough water left for a couple of glasses, they won’t replace it.
The bed linen is not changed every time during room cleaning, so we had to ask them to change it.
Struttura e disponibilità rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante
Super enjoyed Citadines Hotel and Bacolod. This is a must for your stay in Bacolod. Staff service were all excellent and very accomodating. Shout out congratulations especially to 1) Chef Bernard and staff Alyza (Namit resto buffet breakfast very sumptious and great with sooo good Segafredo coffee); 2) Front Desk Christine and AJ; 3) Housekeeping Ray and Lester; 4) Pool JCar. Hotel room soo clean and equipped with all your needs. Big plus on Gym and Pool with View; pool Bar and Band on weekends. Hotel Area is very Good location @Lacson; near Art District with Aidas Inasal and Art Gallery; La Arte Halo2 branch; Ereneta Chorizo @Sta Clara; Mushu The Row and V&W with Felicias Nenas Grocery Mcdo etc
