Pros:

Logement propre facile d'accès et consignes bien indiquées.
Plein d'équipement à dispo. Bon rapport qualité prix et plein de commerce à moins de 10min à pied et en voiture du centre de Dunedin

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Chambre propre et confortable et on nous a permis de prendre la chambre un peu plus tôt: nous arrivions en moto sous la pluie. C'était donc très appréciable et gentil! La machine à laver en accès libre a été un vrai plus pour nous

Quartier calme et résidentiel.

Cons:

Matelas très inconfortables, les autres locataires étaient désagréables et bruyants et les parties communes de la maison étaient sales.

Good shower, good facilities just an unsuitable mattress for us

You get what you pay for - this is fine.
Pros:

Centrally located, not too hard to find even in the dark. Facilities as described, everything adequate. Good heater, everything was clean, there were only 4 rooms in total (3 occupied including mine) so sharing the one bathroom wasn't a problem.

Cons:

One bed was lovely - fairly firm and comfortable. The other was more like a camp bed - very rickety. All pillows were very thin.

Pros:

Great value for money, had all the facilities available. Great location, easy to get everywhere from. Tidy and comfortable. It had security on the bedroom doors, which was great for me and my seven year old, but everyone else staying there were lovely young people.

Cons:

The shower took a bit to work out and maybe temperature control was a bit hard if someone was in the kitchen.
