Jedyny plus, świeże ręczniki i pościel.

Cons:

Mieszkanie w fatalnym stanie, zapuszczone, posprzątane na szybko i bardzo niedokładnie, podłoga się lepiła. Z lodówki śmierdziało, meble i podłoga zniszczona. Zdecydowanie odradzam.

One bedroom did not have a door, owners did not respond to our complaint.
Pros:

The apartment was large, clean and centrally located.

Cons:

We were not told in advance that a bedroom door was missing. When we arrived we discovered the missing door and explained this was unacceptable. The response was that a previous guest had broken it but no offer of compensation was given and the owners have ceased to respond to our communication. We had booked a three bedroom to ensure privacy and comfort and it was unacceptable to have a bedroom without a door and that the owners refuse to respond to our complaint.

Putting aside the missing bedroom door, the apartment fundamentals were in good condition (the bathrooms, floors, etc.) however the furniture and furnishings were very tired. The kitchen lacked basics like a coffee machine or a toaster.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Pros:

W zeszłym roku również zatrzymaliśmy się w Platinum, innym apartamencie, który był zdecydowanie ładniejszy, lepiej wyposażony i przyjemniejszy niż ten, który trafił nam się w tym roku. Na plus lokalizacja zdecydowanie.

Cons:

Brak ściereczki lub ręcznika papierowego, zepsute oparcie krzesła i kanapy, niewystarczająca ilość papieru toaletowego.

Cons:

Wyposażenie bardzo słabe. Na 2 doby dla 4 osób 2 saszetki herbaty,2 kawy i 2 cukru. 1 tabletka do zmywarki to trochę mało.

Cena nieadekwatna do jakości i czystości w obiekcie. Nie polecam

Wielkość mieszkania bardzo komfortowa dla grupy 6 osobowej. Mega plus za 2 toalety. Lokalizacja top. Centrum, blisko do metra, w bliskiej odległości sklepy i restauracje

Brudne mieszkanie. Prócz przebranych łóżek, osoby sprzątające nie zrobiły praktycznie nic. Stół lepiący, wylany zaschnięty słodki napoj. Pod oknami pełno piachu. Lodówka nie odmrażana od miesięcy. Szuflady z zamrażarki nie dało się otworzyć. Podłoga w małej łazience w kotach. W dużej na prysznicu otwarte saszetki z szamponami.
Wyposazenie: niby odmalowane ale jak już ktoś malował to po wszystkim jak np lampy, okna brudne; bok sofy odpada, warto naprawić zanim całkowicie się rozleci . Szafka pod tv to pomalowana skrzynia. W meblach kuchennych warto dokręcić listwy maskujące, podobnie do wymiany listwa przy wyjściu na balkon. Ich brak bardzo zniechceca. Poręcz na balkonie przetarta ostatni raz chyba w ubiegłym roku. Podłoga machnięta od niechcenia. Widać miejsca gdzie mop dojechał, a gdzie ktoś już stwierdził że więcej wycierać nie trzeba.
No i klimatyzacja która ewidentnie nie wyrabia. O ile w sypialniach było czuć niższą temperaturę, o tyle w salonie było bardzo ciepło. Niestety ktoś już albo to zgłaszał albo właściciele są świadomi że klimatyzacja nie działa jak potrzeba, jednak zamiast naprawić zostawili duży wentylator. Absolutnie nie rozwiązuje to jednak problemu.

Вообще мы довольны выбором. Если будем в Варшаве - повторим бронирование.
Pros:

Все было отлично!
Отличное место расположения. Платный паркинг возле дома на улице и подземный (оплачивали хозяину). Магазины и кафе прямо в жилом комплексе.
Вид из окна на футуристичные высотки, просторный балкон. Большое зеркало. Много места для хранения вещей.

Cons:

Плохо закрывалась дверь холодильника, и не хватало полотенец на кухне.
