The best place to stay in Seaham
Pros:

We were given clear instructions on how to get in to the property. Then the room itself blew us away. It was perfect. Clean, homely, loved the treats, and the style was comforting, everything about it was amazing. It was a perfect location, everything on our doorstep. We explored all of the beaches and enjoyed the crystal clear waters, even saw dolphins. All on foot. Perfect.

Cons:

The only thing, and this is a personal thing, there was quite a few stairs to carry luggage up. But that's purely my own issue because I'm healing after cancer and chemotherapy and my body isn't as spritely as it used to be :)

Pros:

The thoughtful daily room.service to try to keep the room cool during the very hot weather -I returned to the room at the end of each day to find blinds drawn, fan on , and battery decorative candle feature switched on making the room look and feel very relaxing and inviting. A very nice touch indeed

Great choice to stay at londonderrys
Pros:

The room size was good and the self check in was a great idea. It meant we could come and go as we pleased.

Cons:

The bed was a little bit creaky but it was comfortable enough so we're probably just being picky.

Room fab, location great, lovely bar. Little touches in room, biscuits, sweets etc really welcoming. Very clean, bathroom spotless.

Cons:

Only personal choice as it was comfortable, but mattress was quite soft.

Lovely overnight stay
Pros:

Easy check in, spacious room, immaculately clean. Little biscuits and sweets a nice surprise. Mini fridge handy to keep drinks in - especially suring a heatwave. Fan on in room on arrival, thoughtful as it was very warm weather.
Easy, free parking behind hotel.
Rooms are above a a bar/restaurant but didn't disturb us.
Indian restaurant on the ground floor which smelled amazing!!

Excellent value. I would stay there again if I was in Seaham.

Location excellent. There was no breakfast option.

Shower door was tricky. Couldn't work out how the TV worked.

Lovely place and value for money
Pros:

Large room with lots of Snacks, it was located very close to the beach and all services.

Cons:

The Shower only had Hot water It could have been cooler to shower in.

Location was pretty good.
T tray with biscuits good

Cons:

Did not like 4 flights of stairs.
Did not like very low bed and very soft bed
Did not like shower which was very poor with pressure.
Did not think room was worth the price.
Tv on small side for room.

Great first solo holiday
