Great location
Pros:

Would definitely book again if returning to Seaham
Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean. Everything I needed for a long weekend away

Cons:

I spent most of my time out and about so the noise from the bar below didn't particularly bother me and it was great to be able to pop in for a nightcap.

Just excellent can’t say anything better
Pros:

Location excellent and accommodation could not be faulted.

Cons:

Found the key box on doorway rather high for me being short. So difficulty in making out numbers. But managed in the end.

It was very noisy till the bar closed but I guess you expect noise staying there.
And road noise was also very loud but nothing they can do about that still slept well tho

Pros:

Lovely room with lots of treats and lovely touches. Easy to locate and enter the room and plenty of free parking on a weekend during the summer holidays.

We spent hours on the beach collecting sea glass. The accommodation was perfect location, very good value for money - would recommend!

Cons:

Only hot water in the shower but otherwise no issues

Buena ubicación en edificio histórico
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Zona tranquila. Edificio emblemático y bonito. Instrucciones muy claras para la entrada. Hay un Costa Café justo enfrente, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para el desayuno, y aparcar es muy fácil ya que hay un gran aparcamiento detrás del edificio. Buen tamaño de la habitación. Decoración agradable. Buen tamaño del cuarto de baño. Personal de limpieza muy agradable.

Cons:

Mucho calor en la orientación oeste, solo paliado por un ventilador. Cama demasiado blanda. Las luces a los lados de la cama cortocircuitan y dan chispazos. El lavabo está dañado y se ha pegado sin reemplazar. Galletas y/o chocolate en lugar de chucherías lo hubieran hecho más adecuado para adultos.

shame that the expensive accommodation didn't have a working shower.
Pros:

It was nice having a fridge and kettle in the room and tea/ coffee/ biscuits provided.

Cons:

The shower did not work - it was scalding hot - and there was actually a sign taped to the wall saying that the shower only had hot water (so it was a known problem).
So the only option was to have a bath - not acceptable for a room costing £106 per night and advertised as having a shower.

Brilliant . Everything I needed was there .
Pros:

Location fantastic . Free car park behind . No breakfast , but I took my own . Loads cafes and fish shops nearby . Humbles cafe , best steak pie I’ve ever had . Green Room was spotless. Little extras a bonus . Fan , safe , iron in room . Easy access by keypad , code sent to email . Bus opposite to seaham Hall then a few hours walking back to Seaham sea glass hunting Definitely recommend . Any questions I rung property . Quickly answered . Will definitely go again

It could not have been bettered .

Pros:

I highly recommended the place, good value for money , the room is tidy and clean , the bed was best, my son and I slept well. Location is great near shops, restaurants and seaside.

Lovely place, wish it was quieter

Good location, easy to find

Cons:

The noise from the bar, and the restaurant underneath, the restaurant had big extractor fans going which were loud and pumped the food smell into our window.
