Boring but nice
Pros:

The district seemed quiet and well to do - the property itself smart (but not flash).

Cons:

I arrived at 2:30pm - a little early for checkin which was 3pm. I expect there to be a bit of flexibility around check in times, especially in higher end hotels. The receptionist said it was going to be ok but unsure if she was joking with me or genuinely thought she was doing me a masive favour 😄

A good place to rest.
Pros:

A comfortable, clean and well ventilated room. Breakfast was a nice addition. Maybe slightly closer to the central area would have been better. Secure bike parking a nice touch.

Cons:

We sometimes had to wait for our bikes to be released from the secure bike parking facility, but not a big issue.

Excellent and we loved also the breakfast
Pros:

Your staff are wonderful,extremely helpful ,very professional.
The people also who clean rooms are very helpful and kind .

Cons:

Just a small thing lifts not working and your representative helped us with suitcase..but we understand that lifts get broken.

Viele Pluspunkte, aber auch einige Makel!
Pros:

Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde eine Wasserstelle hinter der Rezeption gezeigt, an der wir unsere Flaschen immer wieder mit gekühltem (Sprudel-)Wasser auffüllen konnten. Perfekt bei 30°. Unser Zimmer war klimatisiert - die Klimaanlage konnte über Nacht abgestellt werden - verfügte über einen großen Bildschirm und war ansonsten zweckmäßig; das Bad klein, aber sauber.
Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Fahrradgarage über Nacht sicher abstellen.
Der Pool war prima zum Schwimmen. Handtücher lagen am Pool aus.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten eine prima Auswahl. Mir gefielen die frisch gebackenen Waffeln am Besten.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag in einem dem eigentlichen Hotel gegenüberliegenden Gebäude. Zum Frühstück und zum Pool mussten wir die Straße überqueren. Gleiches galt, wenn wir ums Auf- und Einschließen der Räder an der Rezeption bitten mussten. Den Schlüssel zur Garage hatte nur das Personal. Leider gab es auch nur eine Schlüsselkarte pro Zimmer, da das Hotel ausgebucht wäre und keine ausreichende Zahl an Schlüsselkarten verfügbar seien. So mussten wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts abstimmen, konnten nichts alleine machen.
Geschlafen habe ich nicht gut, da aus dem Flur oder Nachbarzimmer ein brummendes Geräusch kam. Sehr nervig!
Blöd war auch, dass der Aufzug ausgefallen war und alle Gäste, die in diesem Gebäude untergebracht waren, bis zu sechs Etagen Treppen hochsteigen mussten.

Das Personal war Mega nett und im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Eindeutig das Personal und das Frühstück. Das Zimmer war wirklich leise.

Cons:

Das Bad passte einfach nicht! Dusche defekt, Lüftung ? War da nicht ausreichend. Der Fön war klebrig. Schimmel in Fugen. Deshalb finde ich den Preis nicht angemessen. Soll aber wohl behoben werden.
