Usually good this occasion below standard
Pros:

Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, good location.

Cons:

I usually stay here every time I go through Bangkok and I'm usually happy. This time my room had no hand towels, only two pillows (usually two on each single bed) and no greeting pack.
The air conditioning unit started rattling at approx 2.00am, it was obvious this had happened before because the 'engineer' knew how to fix the loose housing. Then 4.00am the a/c started rattling again and this time I changed rooms.

Pros:

This hotel is well situated at only a ten minute drive from the airport with plenty of nearby shops and restaraunts. The included breakfast was pretty decent and great value for money. An added bonus was laundry facilities which I got to do during my layover, you need 100 baht (in 10 baht) coins however, so I needed to take out cash.

Cons:

The bathroom was very clean except for the shower curtain in my bathroom which had a bad stench to it and brown coloring at the end.

Very kind staff, great value for money, good experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Classic continental breakfast and a couple of Thai options. Decent food.

Cons:

The pool could’ve been cleaner, couple of bugs and spiders and bird poo around the pool area.

הייתה לי חוויה מדהימה במלון Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi Airport.
במקור הייתי אמור להישאר פחות זמן, אבל כל כך נהניתי שבחרתי להאריך את השהות שלי. החדרים היו נקיים, מסודרים ונוחים מאוד, המיקום מצוין למי שצריך להיות קרוב לשדה התעופה, והצוות תמיד היה זמין לעזור עם חיוך.
הדבר שהכי אהבתי במלון הוא התחושה האישית והחמה שקיבלתי. אחרי כמה ימים כבר הרגשתי כמו בבית ולא כמו אורח במלון. הצוות גרם לי להרגיש רצוי ומוערך לאורך כל השהות.
אני רוצה להודות במיוחד ל־Pop ול־Golf. שניהם היו אדיבים, מקצועיים, סבלניים ותמיד עם חיוך. הם עזרו לי בכל שאלה ובכל בקשה ונתנו לי תחושה אמיתית של משפחה. אנשים כאלה הם הסיבה שאורחים רוצים לחזור שוב.
במהלך הטיול שלי בתאילנד ביקרתי בכמה מקומות, אבל המלון הזה יישאר אחד הזיכרונות הטובים ביותר שלי. קשה להיפרד מהמקום ומהאנשים המקסימים שעובדים בו.
תודה רבה לכל צוות המלון על האירוח הנפלא. אני בהחלט ממליץ על Crystal Suites לכל מי שמחפש מקום נעים, נקי, נוח ועם צוות יוצא דופן.
אני מקווה לחזור שוב בעתיד. ❤️

Close and convenient location to the airport. Crispy clean sheets and a comfortable bed.

They helped me to find a massage place, where I could relax as I couldn’t check in.

Nice location, when you need to stay in Lat Krabang area, close to Suvarnabhumi.
Cons:

This could be a much better hotel with management that pays more attention to detail.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice shower, good pool and friendly staff.

Cons:

Wifi was not working over 70% of the time during our 6 day stay. Totally unacceptable.
Mediocre breakfast with minimal choices, a conveyor belt toaster that was positioned so the toast fell onto the power cord between toaster and wall
