View was great, location was fabulous. Lifts were super fast!
Bed was not comfortable - consisted of king singles pushed together that resulted in a big uncomfortable dip in the middle. Pool was unavailable to use. Gym was missing many of the free weights (small dumbells completely missing from rack, the few remaining ones were too heavy for me to use). Extraction vent in room bathroom was full of lint and debris - really very dirty. A hook to hang clothes on back of bathroom door was missing - there was just a couple of screw holes where it used to be and not replaced. There was no balcony furniture, not even a chair to sit on.

Dated decor, rude on arrival, renovations going on everywhere, couldn’t use pool and didn’t know where to go on arrival (Reno’s) fridge froze everything, no outdoor furniture on the balcony and the balcony was covered with bird poo. Also no movies, Netflix etc, had to pay $35 a day for basic movies.
