Pros:

My wife was nervous staying here after reading all the reviews online. I told her it was an adventure and we had a very pleasant stay.

- Good price
- Free parking. Super handy when all of Amsterdam is astronomical when it comes to parking pricing
- P&R close by for ease of access to Amsterdam
- Good sized room
- Friendly staff
- Supermarkets very close by

Nuestra experiencia fue decepcionante y lamentable durante las 9 noches que duró nuestra estancia, sufrimos condiciones de alojamiento inaceptables e insalubre impropias de un hotel que pretende ofrecer un servicio de calidad. Sin calefaccion con 9 grados y con lluvia con frio insoportable, ningun dia hicieron aseo en nuestra habitacion, hicimos el reclamo al hotel al segundo dia y nos cambiaron de habitqcion pero era aun peor que la anterior, con las puertas rotas, y sin aire acondicionado y sin calefaccion, el cepillo para limpiar el inodoro estaba lleno de restos fecales. Sin condiciones sanitarias basicas. solo un dia de calefaccion.sin limpieza diaria, aire acondicionado roto, puerta rota, las almohadas con suciedad y manchas de sangre en almohadas y sabanas , debajo de las camas basura encontrada. Encontramos medicamentos en el piso, pastillas de remedios, Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones vecinas y nos abrieron la puerta en una ocacion, se sentian golpes en las paredes. Solicitamos la.devolucion del dinero en front desk y la respuesta fue NO.

Prijs kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding, maar was last minute nog mogelijk. We snappen nu waarom.

Dat we nog redelijk last minute een kamer konden boeken. De receptie medewerker was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Een beetje vergane glorie, van de parkeerplaats tot en met de slaap en badkamer. Toe aan een broodnodige renovatie.
