Cosy, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location, with excellent heating and kitchen fa
Pros:

Great location and lovely, super clean accommodation - I stayed in premium 2 bed cabin. Just a 2-minute drive or 5-minute walk to the visitor centre. The bed was really comfortable and the heating was fantastic. Having a full kitchen, including a gas stove, made it easy to cook during our two-night stay, especially as some of the restaurants on the mountain were overpriced and lacked atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to add dimmer switches to the lounge lights for a more relaxed ambience. Would happily recommend!

Cons:

The road in and out of the resort was in poor condition, with large potholes.

The absolute highlight of a 1.5 month journey across Aussie: simply UNMATCHED!
Pros:

Out of all the places I stayed during my trip across Aussie, this was -hands down- the absolute finest.
I booked the Spa Cabin and it was a pure bliss.
After a long hours of hiking, often coming back drenched from the biting winter rain, there was nothing better than sinking into the private spa bath. It featured a stunning panoramic glass wall looking right into the wilderness..
Savoring that hydrotherapy while watching the local wildlife graze just a few meters away, is a memory I will cherish forever.
It’s a true bath with a view.
Another brilliant architectural touch was the floor to ceiling window right behind the headboard of the bed. Drifting off a sleep and waking up completely envelope by ancient aucalyptus trees, with wallaby and padermelons watching you from outsid, is an utterly priceless experience.
The lounge area is so intimate, featuring a beautifully lit fireplace where I spent hours relaxing and tasting a good whisky from the old Kempton Distillery. I also dinner afterwards, bat the restaurant didn’t quite reach the extraordinary of the accommodation.
Staying here is not just lodging, it’s an unforgettable immersion to nature. Tassie is a truly wonderful island that found a permanent place in my heart and this hotel contributed to that deep sense of nostalgia.
TO WRAP THINGS UP: If you are visiting Cradle Mountain , look no further, the Discovery Parks is the absolute pinnacle of accommodation.
Don’t waste your time searching for alternatives.
See Ya, marvelous Tassie!

Cons:

Nothing

Nice cozy cabin in a beautiful environment!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the location, it was a short drive to everywhere. Saw a pademelon right outside our room and plenty of karrawongs. The rooms were cozy and the heaters efficient - the electric blanket in the main room was a huge plus as we visited in August. Also, we were greeted by WILMA during check in! That alone deserves a 10/10 rating haha. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great

Brilliant, what a wonderful place to return to after hiking all day. Better than home!
Pros:

Loved the cabin - all we could need - it was better than home with it's new-ness and warmth - omg the heated floors was a lovely surprise. We loved every minute, thankyou, we will be back

Cons:

This is very small, but a little pantry good such as olive oil for cooking, salt, pepper would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The location was superb with great dining options to choose from and of course many beautiful nature walks to choose from

Cons:

I chose the specific accommodation, based on the photos available via booking.com and the accommodation's own website. On arrival I realised that the photos and reality don't quite match up and that only one of the premium cabin's baths, actually have a 'forest' view. All the rest are 'blocked' out, for privacy reasons. So, in reality, what is advertised is not really true, except for if you are lucky enough to get that one cabin. I was a bit disappointed, but it was short-lived, as our stay there was superb. Apart from that one technicality, I couldn't fault it and will be back for sure.
