Cons:

ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อย Lobby แคบไปนิด และมีสินค้ามาวางจำหน่ายเยอะไป ทำให้ที่นั่งพักใน Lobby น้อย ควรแยกจุดจำหน่ายสินค้าไปไว้ห้องอื่น

Super Experience, Amazing Staff.
Pros:

This was a great experience. The room was amazing, the restaurant was great and fairly priced also. The breakfast was fairly typical of Thailand hotel breakfasts, so have no complaints. A great hotel well worth a stay.
Amazing staff also.
The decor and the garden is very beautiful.
The bathroom and shower are nice, but as is so often the case in Thai hotels they choose not to use non-slip tiles, I am used to this and others have mentioned it but it does require a lot of caution when showering especially for westerners who are used to western hotels that have non-slip surfaces in showers.

Cons:

Nothing really bad here at all. More than one key card would have been nice, especially as it's needed to go to the lift or stairs.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Been staying here a few times for the past 4 years, and I must say that this place never disappoints . Clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Pros:

Everything was PERFECT. Staff was super professional and friendly. They even brought 2 extra pillows as well as a baby cot for free. The place is incredibly well maintained

ห้องน้ำสะอาดมากกกกก ปกติถ้ากระเบื้องห้องน้ำสีเข้มมักจะเจอคราบตะกรันน้ำ แต่ที่นี่ไม่มีเลย พื้นห้องน้ำก็สะอาดเข้าไปคืออึ้งเลย สวนสวย บรรยากาศดีน่าพักมาก มีขายของเช่น bath&Body work กับ ชา ดีนะคะราคาน่ารักได้กลับบ้านมาด้วย
