Little disappointed
Pros:

All the staff lovely people.
Big rooms.
Good car park.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best.
Bed was comfortable but very noisy with the slightest movement from the wood base .
Don't like the fact that have to pay 200 baht for extra pillows.
Very noisy from the next rooms very thin walls.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด พนักงานบริการและให้คำแนะนำดี บริเวณสวนสะอาดสวยงาม เหมาะแก่การนั่งเล่น/นั่งพัก

Cons:

ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อย Lobby แคบไปนิด และมีสินค้ามาวางจำหน่ายเยอะไป ทำให้ที่นั่งพักใน Lobby น้อย ควรแยกจุดจำหน่ายสินค้าไปไว้ห้องอื่น

Super Experience, Amazing Staff.
Pros:

This was a great experience. The room was amazing, the restaurant was great and fairly priced also. The breakfast was fairly typical of Thailand hotel breakfasts, so have no complaints. A great hotel well worth a stay.
Amazing staff also.
The decor and the garden is very beautiful.
The bathroom and shower are nice, but as is so often the case in Thai hotels they choose not to use non-slip tiles, I am used to this and others have mentioned it but it does require a lot of caution when showering especially for westerners who are used to western hotels that have non-slip surfaces in showers.

Cons:

Nothing really bad here at all. More than one key card would have been nice, especially as it's needed to go to the lift or stairs.
