It was dirty, the cupboards were full of alcohol cans, and the mattress was so stained it was scary to lie on. I will never return to this hotel again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Sapphire Hotel Blackpool. In all my years of travelling, this was the first hotel room I have ever stayed in that did not provide towels. When I approached reception to request them, I was repeatedly told that the towels were still in the laundry, and none were made available during my stay.

The room itself was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard, which further added to my dissatisfaction.
At check-in, I was required to pay a £20 refundable key deposit. Upon checkout, I was informed that the refund would be processed and would appear in my account within two days. However, it has now been more than three weeks, and I have still not received the refund.

In addition, the hotel charges £12 per night for parking, yet the parking area has very limited space and the bays are extremely cramped, making parking difficult and inconvenient.

Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor cleanliness, unresolved refund issue, and inadequate parking facilities made this a very disappointing experience. I would not consider staying here again.

We did not like nothing about the place is was very dirty mess not clean at all. False advertising we had no tvs in the room no kettle no towels no toilet paper the staff was very rude not helpful it’s nothing but a run down place we could not even stay there it was that bad. We moved hotels in the morning and this hotel refused me a refund which is wrong the place wants shutting down.

Everything. Terrible accomidation. All positive reviews, opinions and pictures are fake. Staff members and friends of the staff were obviously on narcotic's, room was very, VERY dirty. Hair from the previous people was still on the bedding, cigarett ashes and something yellow/green all over walls, in bathroom and shower and inside the cabinets and drawers. Cigarette butts all over patio and our room stunk. Toilet also didnt work and had pee left inside.

The property was very dirty and run down and window broken.

Plug sockets didn’t work, shower was cold, bed broken and bedding filthy.

Smoke alarm went off at 1.10am from people smoking in their rooms and constant weed smell.

People drinking in the bar and causing commotion until after 4am.
