nous sommes arrivés pour 1 seule nuit, on avait pas de draps de lits, des cheveux plein la douche..
1h après nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité générale (que dans notre batiment) TOUTE la nuit et même le lendemain jusqu’a notre départ, l’électricité n’était toujours pas revenue.
en sois ce n’est pas la faute du personnel, mais le lendemain des que nous avons rendu les clefs , nous avons souligné que c’était compliqué sans électricité, et la femme de l’accueil nous as répondu « je ne suis pas électricienne ».

The bathroom is just not good. The noise levels through the night 👎 We chose according to the reviews, but we would have rather have paid more for an decent nights rest 😴

Juste l enseigne donc L'hôtel a été rénové . Mais il n'y a pas de chambre PMR vraiment adaptée.
Chambre petit mais pour juste dormir très bien
Salle de bain non accessible pour un fauteuil roulant en plus y a une marche pour aller au wc douche très étroite pas évident.
Sinon tout a été fait pour que mon mari puisse avoir accès à une salle de bain PMR avec leurs collaborateurs. Très contente de notre séjour grâce à eux . Super personnel.

For the price for one person, I thought it was, but the breakfast was not included. The room had smoking smell. But besides that, the transfer was great, they are kind and it´s super near the airport

Die Tücher sind schmutzig. Das Badzimmer stinkt. Die Luft im Zimmer ist feucht und stinkt nach Schimmer.

This has been the most disappointing experience I have had during all my years of using Booking.com.

My €150 deposit has still not been returned after 16 days.
For the first week, the hotel simply ignored my messages. They eventually replied saying that they were aware of the issue, but another week has passed and nothing has changed.

I had already noticed that many reviews mentioned problems with deposits, so during check-in I specifically asked whether the deposit could be charged through Booking.com, since my card was already linked to the reservation. I was told this was not possible.

At check-out, I reminded the staff about the deposit and was told that it would be released “in about 10 hours.” Sixteen days later, I am still waiting and I still cannot use these funds.

The room was dusty, poorly ventilated and smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The only window opened onto a balcony where people were constantly smoking, so the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there was almost no fresh air.

There were cockroaches in the room.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I woke up because I felt a cockroach crawling on me. Unfortunately, this happened during my stay. The room was also extremely dark, and the cockroaches became visible once the sun went down.

Please return my deposit.
