The room was spotless, very comfortable and spacious. Easy street parking. Location is right by the lake, 2 mins walking distance. Staff weee exceptionally kind, breakfast was great.

Beautiful rooms. Close to lake and food. Quiet room if upstairs guests were not there. Air conditioning was ok. Cleaners exceptional. Breakfast very good.
Could hear everything when upstairs quests were there. We had room 1.2.
Meget skuffet over booking.com. Havde ønsket seperate senge. Dedr var en seng. Som kompensation blev der sendt en dårlig feltseng ind. Værelset mørkt, med huller til vinduer og gardiner der ikke kunne tages fra. Ingen elevator. Mørkt og trist værelse og en ikke særlig god morgenmad.
Perfect hotel in the old part of Kastoria, near the lake and good restaurants.

Everything was great. The staff was really friendly and kind, the room was super clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. The location is perfect, as the neighborhood is historic and one of the nicest areas of Kastoria. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance.
The only thing that could be considered misleading is that the hotel states that an electric vehicle charger is available. As an EV owner, I messaged the hotel before our stay to ask where the charger was located, and I was told that it was “in the streets around the hotel” and that they were not aware of the charger’s manufacturer.
When we arrived, we were told that the charger was actually located at the back of the hotel. However, when we found it, what was presented as a charger appeared to be just a cable connected to what looked like a red industrial electrical outlet. Even if we had been able to connect our car to it, we would not have felt comfortable using an installation with no clearly identifiable charger or visible safety protections. There was also no suitable space for our vehicle to park there while charging.
I would recommend removing the EV charger from the hotel’s listed amenities, or, even better, installing a proper and safe EV charging point. This would be a great addition for EV owners and would allow guests to have their vehicles fully charged and ready to explore the beautiful city of Kastoria and its surroundings.
