It was fine, nothing amazing. The bathrooms need some work, but the bed was good.
Pros:

The location was perfect for attending a conference near the accommodation. parking was easy too, with some paid parking options nearby. The bed was comfy and the room was relatively spacious with an openable window.

Cons:

The bathrooms were disgusting and falling apart. They are in dire need of repair and refurbishment. The rooms did not have air conditioning but did have a fan which was nice.

L’emplacement était vraiment très bien!
Nous n’avons croisé aucun personnel mais en ligne la personne responsable de l’établissement nous a permis de laisser nos affaires durant la journée.

Cons:

Nous avons des cafards et la propreté des drapes n’était pas au rendez-vous.
L’isolation n’était pas bonne

Очень комфортное проживание.Нам всё понравилось.Отличное расположение,тихий квартал в 10 минутах ходьбы от Сидней Опера в одну сторону и Дарлинг Харбор в другую.Комната на 3-этаже очень просторная,кровать отличная,других постояльцев слышно не было.Есть кухня для приготовления пищи и стиральная машина.Остались довольны ценой, большое спасибо!Очень рекомендую!

Cons:

Нет ни кондиционера ни печки.Один день выдался холодным и очень ветренным,а в окнах такие щели,что занавески ходили ходуном,еле согрелись....С третьего этажа по крутой лестнице чемодан еле стащили.Если у кого больные ноги,то это конечно не ваш вариант.

DODGY. NEGLECTED. DIRTY. Possibly dangerous.

From the moment I walked in, I felt it was a dive.

Cons:

The window on the second floor was not lockable. The filthy bathroom, the old trip-hazard carpets and cheap EVERYTHING. This is NOT a boutique hotel. There is no onsite assistance when people are loud late at night, or you need to change rooms.
