Alacant para vivir
Pros:

El sitio es inmejorable, cerca de todo. Con muchas tiendas, bares, el puerto a un paso, la explanada , el casco histórico, la playa.

Cons:

Siempre que no te recibe alguien se extraña el contacto humano.

Très beau séjour qui fut court mais avec le soleil et très bel appartement que nous avons déniché !
Pros:

L'emplacement était top, proche des transports en commun, de la plage, du port, des commerces. La chambre avec la petite kitchenette était très agréable et suffisante pour deux personnes, beaucoup d'équipement et complet pour un séjour (fer à repasser, télé, clim...)

Cons:

Il manquait selon moi quelques équipements qu'il devrait peut-être se trouver dans un tel logement : des torchons pour la vaisselle, du gel douche, etc... L'appartement aurait pu être encore plus propre, des miettes se trouvaient dans le frigo, des miettes sur la table et les chaises aussi et 2-3 cheveux s'étaient logés sur la couette peut-être dans le feu de l'action du ménage. Et en effet, l'environnement est bruyant mais ça reste un hôtel donc l'hôte n'y peut pas grand chose et le fait qu'il y ait des livraisons en face à tout heure ça reste le travail des locaux, nous sommes en vacances certes mais pour profiter et non pas pour dormir jusqu'à 12h. Mais cela reste des points bonus pour atteindre la note de 10/10, le reste était correct !

Świetna lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko, duży balkon, smart TV, suszarka do włosów na wyposażeniu, winda w budynku, bardzo blisko przystanku autobusu C6 (5min), blisko najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych (max 10-15min) pieszo.

Pros:

The room by itself is fine but the adverb is missleading. Don't expect an apartment but more a hotelroom with very small kitchen.

Also there is only 1x 2 personbed in the room.

It is not a bad spot but far from what we had expected it to be.

Pros:

The room is in a great location. It is sunny and pleasantly warm even in winter. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the desk perfect for work. The owner was very responsive to our messages and helpful.

Cons:

Some additional kitchen equipment would have been helpful. The biggest problem, however, was the noise during the night and early morning. Just in front, on the other side of the road, is the loading area of El Corte Ingles department store, and trucks come almost every day at very early hours. That made it difficult to sleep.

Appartement agréable et bien placé mais environnement bruyant

La literie et la salle de bain étaient très bien

Cons:

Les voisins bruyants. Au-dessus ils déplaçaient des meublent à 0h00/1h du matin sur les 2 nuits. A côté , il y a eu une nuit où la télé était super forte jusqu’à 2h du matin. Dehors aussi c’était bruyant le amtin a cause des livraisons des camions
