I got to this facility after travelling for 6/7 hours.
The lights were out
Only one person may be a Watchman was available.
I specifically mentioned I needed 3 rooms close by.
He said rooms are not available even in one building.
Rooms were not clean, smelly and dark.
I did not stay and took the pain of finding an alternative place to stay.
I didn't get the chance to stay at this property while I had the reservation, on arrival with my family the guy said no room is available yet at 5:30am the room will be empty by 9am then you can shift, while I especially told them at 12am on the same date that I will be there with my family and the guy said no worries come the rooms are available.
In short, they didn't provide us with the same property and room as shown in the picture while it was 5:30am rainy morning, the guy accommodated us in another building with no view, cleanliness, or water shortage and insects inside the room. No electricity back-up. Etc etc etc. I did an early check-in around 6 in the morning and left around 2pm in the noon, due to all the situations and missed commitment I paid for nothing and lost mine and my family’s comfort too. I demand a refund.

Booking process and disagreement on booking commitments
The hotel is conveniently located for travelers heading to Naran. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and uninterrupted electricity, which is impressive considering the remote location. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable place to stay during your journey.
The bed sheets had not been changed before check-in, which is disappointing. As a matter of hygiene, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that fresh bed linen, clean towels, and other room amenities are replaced before welcoming new guests.
The room floor was dirty, and the bathroom required thorough cleaning. The owners should take a more active interest in maintaining cleanliness standards and regularly inspect the rooms to ensure they meet basic hygiene expectations.
Unfortunately, when these issues were raised, the staff responded with excuses rather than taking prompt action, which was not acceptable. Improving housekeeping and customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Everything was good just the pool should’ve been working.
We had a great stay here a few weeks ago and came back for another night.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, The rooms are modern, beautiful and clean. It is peaceful and nice to look out at the scenery from our room

I arrived at the property at approximately 5:00 PM with my family after travelling for nearly five hours. Upon arrival, I was informed that they could not accommodate us because they had accepted a group booking and no rooms were available.
The staff attempted to relocate us to alternative accommodation, but the rooms offered were of a significantly lower standard and were not acceptable. After spending almost an hour discussing and disputing the situation with the management, I had no choice but to leave and search for alternative accommodation for my family.
This level of service, lack of professionalism, and customer care is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be honoured, particularly when guests have travelled a considerable distance and are relying on the accommodation provider. The inconvenience, stress, and additional time spent finding alternative lodging caused significant disruption to our trip.

The meal and outside space was good.
Washroom was not clean. Ants in the room. No river kunhar view mentioned
I recently stayed at this hotel and I’m honestly so impressed. Everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.
The ambiance of the hotel felt peaceful, and the service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the effort the team puts into making guests feel valued. Thank you for making my stay memorable I’ll definitely be visiting again!
