Poor hygiene, basic necessity not available. 4 days my sheets was not changed

The location and air con was pretty much the two positive

Cons:

Room smell of smoke, the mini fridge was not working i complained nothing was done about it, i asked to borrow an iron to iron my shirt i was told they do not have and I should go to the dry cleaners. I attempted to have breakfast twice and twice there was nothing available, i then asked for tea and was told its not ready. I was having a shower on my last day to check out. The cleaner let herself in I told her I was getting dressed, she took her time before she put the door. My bedding was not changed the 4nights i was there. Shocking
