Uno degli hotel più belli dove io abbia mai soggiornato
Pros:

L'aspetto più bello di questo posto è la gentilezza e professionalità del personale.
Alla reception Filip si è preso gran cura di noi, aiutandomi anche a parcheggiare l'auto, dopo averci portato anche i bagagli in camera.
Nella zona ristorante Adrian ha esaudito ogni nostro desiderio culinario, insieme ai suoi validissimi colleghi, tra cui Katinka che ha "sopportato" il mio inglese molto scolastico.
Anche il massaggio fatto dalla signora, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome (chiedo scusa), è stato indimenticabile.
Ottima la cena con 3 proposte differenzi carne/pesce/vegetariana-vegana, con verdure, formaggi e frutta al buffet.
La mattina abbondante colazione sia salata che dolce, con piccolo menù a scelta anche per i più esigenti.
A pranzo ottimo spuntino con zuppe e insalate e succhi a disposizione.
La camera era grande e spaziosa, ottimamente pulita, il letto era grande e molto comodo. Il bagno era grande e funzionale con doccia enorme,
Unico neo la piscina un po' rumorosa perchè i bambini si tuffano per tutto il tempo che restano lì, senza che nessuno dica nulla.
Però la spa con sauna finlandese e bagno turco, è piena di lettini di vario tipo e sedute sospese, con possibilità di tisane varie e acque aromatizzate per tutti i gusti.
Ottima l'idea di fornire gli ospiti della KATSCHBERG card che permette di usufruire di vari ingressi gratis in varie strutture.
Non vedo l'ora di poterci tornare.

Falsche Erwartungen geweckt
Pros:

- Schöner Spa Bereich mit vielen guten Liegemöglichkeiten und modernem indoor Pool (Ruheraum im Saunabereich nur leider viel zu warm)
- Entsafter beim Frühstück nette Überraschung
- Extra Frühstückskarte mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen (wenn auch das Avocado Deluxe Brot lächerlich klein war und nicht mal frische Avocado hatte - ja das auf dem Foto war alles)
- Hauptgericht des veganen Menüs sehr lecker
- schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer (nur in der Kaffeemaschine war altes/dreckiges Wasser mit braunen Stückchen)
- gut isoliertes Hotel

Cons:

Das Essen hat das positive Urlaubserlebnis gedämpft.
Es wird mit klimafreundlichem Essen geworben - aus diesem Grund haben wir dieses Hotel gewählt. Klimafreundlich bezieht sich hier laut Hotelangaben auf eine vegane Diät. Außerdem steht online, auf dem Tagesblatt und auch im Gästehandbuch, dass es ein rein veganes Abendmenü gibt, zu jeder Malzeit vegane Optionen und generell 50% rein pflanzliche Alternativen angeboten werden - das wurde leider überhaupt nicht umgesetzt.
Abends war lediglich die Hauptspeise vegan, Vor- und Nachspeise eine reduzierte Version vom regulären Gericht (was teils lächerlich war) Beim Frühstück gab es zwar Wurst und Käse Alternativen, diese waren aber spärlich vorhanden und wurden nicht nachgelegt - es wurde generell kaum oder sehr spät nachgelegt.
Beim Mittagssnack gab es nie eine reguläre vegane Alternative für Kuchen.
Bei Nachfragen konnte das Personal nie eine Aussage treffen und nur wenige haben angeboten in der Küche nachzufragen - die Beschilderung hat auch gefehlt.
Insgesamt war es keine freundliche Atmosphäre im Essensbereich und man hatte eher das Gefühl, man soll schnell essen und dann wieder gehen.

Sehr gut aber absolut Potenzial in manchen Bereichen.
Pros:

Das Hotel, die Umsetzung von Wünschen und Zusatzbuchungen, das Zimmer allgemein und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Der Wellness und Schwimmbereich. Das Essen, die Auswahl und die Betreuung zu 95%. Service im Restaurant top. Die super engagierte junge Dame, die gefühlt überall war und ohne die der Laden nicht laufen würde.

Cons:

ein Teil des Personals an der Rezeption (abgesehen von der angesprochenen jungen Dame) war das langsam, ineffizient und absolut unprofessionell. Die Rezeption ist der erste Eindruck, das muss schnell und effizient ablaufen und nicht - ich muss 5x meine Zimmernummer oder meinen Namen nennen, damit mir geholfen wird. Die Sauberkeit im Fitnessraum und an den Gängen.

Modern , sauber , schöner Spa Bereich Kurze Entfernung zu Piste oder

Cons:

Die Kellnerin am Abend, sie hat mehrmals die Vorspeise vergessen, sie war an den Tagen etwas unkonzentriert und wirkte überlastet, obwohl viel Personal anwesend war, die die alle auch sehr hilfsbereit waren.

Short family ski break. Good base in a good resort.

Food very good (half board). Great central location. Plenty of parking. Geared up well for skiers - storage facilities. Nice pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.

Cons:

Small gym with outdated equipment. No drinks included in half board package.

Skvělá lokalita k lyžování, dobrá obsluha dobré jídlo až na ten pokoj. Nicméně rád se na toto místo opět vrátím.

Výborná poloha k lyžování výborná strava dobrý personál

Cons:

Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel bylo vybavení pokoje naprosto nedostačující. dveře na toaletu nešly zavřít, dveře na balkón také nešly úplňě zavřít. Vybavení koupelny bylo moderní tak před 20 lety. jednalo se o pokoj horním patře.
